The Government of President Salva Kiir's ideal for joint operations by the armed forces aren't about enhancing security, but about regime survival. The ongoing so-called Joint Operations of the armed forces never meant for integrating capabilities of different forces (Units) under a unified command structure to allow a more powerful, flexible, and efficient response to/in complex threats, but deliberated to fasteners the interests of the regime because deployments of :-
(1) Organized forces (Police, Wildlife, Prison and Fire Brigade) together with Army (SSPDF) in Frontline for military warfare clearly indicates that this regime is powerless to withstand the Revolutionary forces, and is desperately fighters to defend and protect itself from being deposed by the Revolutionary forces. While
(2) Army (SSPDF) in towns to do policing works together with police is designated act of dictatorship to obstruct rule of law, and justice system, and to make Rules and Procedures of law non-existence to feed fears that will make citizens to surrender their legally rights to the regime, and political elites.
The commandants of both the Army, and the organized forces should not allow themselves to be fooled through the ideal of Joint Operations of the armed forces as this is the tactics the regime has employed to misuse them to cling power, as this joint operations are neither for serve the people, nor defending the Country.
The ongoing joint operations are a deliberate act of the regime that has nothing to do with the national security, and safety of the public, but that of the regime elites. Therefore, don't be fooled to fight for this dictatorial, corrupt and failed regime of President Salva Kiir.
