A rebuttal on Daniel Wuor Thon's article

I think some writes have to volunteer in order to challenge this bias, fake, and fasle claims by this Dinka Padang fellow the so called Daniel Wuor who was stupidly trying to answer the previous article that was written by Uncle James Ogilo way back on the internet.

My point of view is that this fellow is quite ignorant and he is one of those Dinka tribalists and chauvinists. So this  Daniel Wuor Thon dose not really know what he is talking about and his arguments are actually fake and not true at all since every body knows that the land on the east bank of the Nile river,and Sobat river,belongs to the Shilluks people,including the Khorfulus mouth.

Even the Turko-Egyptian, and the Angelo -Egyptian,former colonial rulers of the Sudan,from 1821 up to 1956 all knew and were aware that that land belongs to the Shilluk people and they can even testify in the court of law if  they are asked to be present as witness.  This also includes the Jallaba/Arabs muslims who knew  that those lands actually belong to the Shilluk people.

There are even written evidences  that still exist including  legal and historical documents that can prove and substantiate that those lands on the eastern banks of the river nile really belong to Collo people histrorically and they used them and owned them ever since ancient time of our King Nyikango, the Great,in around the year 1475 AD.

And there is no doubts about that since it has been proven through the court of law ,in previous trial. Which came out with a court ruling and satifactory final judgment and verdicts .That the Shilluks people, are the true owners  of those Collo's ancestral lands,east of the River Nile. And also those lands that are found along the Sobat river,until Anakadair area. And this include the Shilluks lands ,that are found on  the mouth of Khorfulus, at the Wic Pigi area,all the way until Anakadair area,in the eastern Sobat river.

So this Dinka tribalist,the so called Daniel Wuor Thon,is just only a trouble maker .who is trying to argument at what he does not really known historically and so he does not make any sense at all, and  he ,is actually wrong, on this one,with regard to his false and fake claims  on the Shilluks lands,east of the Nile river.

And why is this Dinka Padang trying to dimiss the previous land's trials where the judgment and verdict,are already been passed on behalf of the Collo people.That verdict has already been  passed along time a go by president Abel Alier ,and also by president Gen.Joseph Lagu on behalf of the Shilluk people who had emerged as victorious in this lands disputes and the Dinka's wrongs and fake claims. Actually the final verdict was favouring the Shilluks which had proven that those lands on the eastern bank of river Nile,really  belongs to Collos without any dooubts about that.

It was Abel Alier and Gen. Joseph Lagu who had passd that  verdict,those two former president of the regional goverment of  the autonomous Southern Sudan. From 1972 to 1981,and those two presidents were the ones who was responsible for  dismissing and throwing out that Dinka Padang's fake and fasle cliams over the Collos lands so what the heck are the Dinkas claiming now?? So why don't the Padang Dinka refrain and stop their fake and  foolish claims??

Because they don't have evidence and historical proofs to support their fake claims with any tangible evidence to back them up. What they are trying to do is to grab those lands illegally from the Shilluk people. Just because president Salva Kiir is on the Padang side supporting those Padangs. And Kiir,is actually favouring them plus he is the one who is now  instigating and inciting those Padang Dinkas to go grab and confsicate the Shilluks Lands. This is unlawfull and unconstitutional.

Which actually means what those Dinkas are claiming is illegall before the court of law and that is a day light robbery of the Shilluk Lands they are being helped by Salva Kiir finacially,morally and militarily including some  vast logistical help from Kiir and his Dinka SPLA-forces.

And help and support  is  actually done through  Kiir's, dictatorial so called presidential decrees which are being issued out wrongly by Kiir  in order to allow those Dinkas to  land -grab Shilluk villages like Wic Pigi and then to annex those lands to his  Dinka cousins in the Jonglie State illegally,unlawfully and unconstitutionally .

And again Kiir have help those Dinkas to create and to establish a new illegal Akok county for Dinka Abalang in the Upper Nile State. Because those two Dinka Padang clans of Abalangi and the Ngok of Baliet of Adwong had failed to get  along togather they have been fighting a tribal clan war with other Dinka Ngok of the Baliet/Adwong county.

And even late Dr.John Garang,had previously told those Dinka Padang boldly and  point blank that they should  keep out and  away from the Shilluk ancestral lands and they were forced to listen to the powerful Dr. John Garang when he was still alive.

But now following Dr.John Garangs's untimely death, the Dinka Padang are at it again and they are back to their chronic usual business of fake claims and land grabbing.This is because president Salva Kiir,is supporting and helping the Dinka Padang, to lands-grabbed the Shillluk land's illegally and president Salva Kiir,has proven himself to be a real Dinka tribalist .So Kiir,is one of  those Dinka's bigot,who is also tribal chauvinist and extrimist,who is fit to rule Rwanda and Somalia ,but not Suthern Sudan.Although Kiir,is now ruling the whole South, through open Dinka tribalsm,which he does not hiddes,but he is proud to oppress, reppress  and dominate the other tribes who are none Dinkas people,in the whole Southern Sudan.

Those lands actually belongs to the Shilluk's people and also the other lands that are  found on both sides of the Sobat river plus the lands in the  Khorfulus mouth which is starting from Wic Pigi Collo vilage and  Athidthaing village around Piny Nyidaway district . All the way passing through Delieb Hills via Pathourou and Pajuro up unitl Anakadair on the Sobat river east  of Upper Nile State.

And the lands found in Baliet Adwong and Nassir use before to belong to the Anuak Luo people who are the real Luo's cousin of the Collo people and they are the people that have  found  living close and near the Collo people as neighbors in the Adwong, Nassir, Jackwou, Pibor and Akobo  areas.

Because the Collo people are known to have been owning those lands  on the eastern banks of the river Nile and it  also has been proven beyond any doubts that the Collo people are real owners of those Collo lands east of the white nile and along the Sobat river till Anakadair village in the east.Some of those Shilluk lands are also found suited on the Khorfulus mouth in the Wic Pigi shilluks area.

Therefore, no one can deny or dispute those historical facts that those Lands truly belonged to the Collo people ever since a long time ago and Collo have been living and settled there on those lands for almost 10 centuries.There is no prove that the Dinkas,has been found staying there on those lands beside the Collo people ad thus Shilluks own those precious  and strategic  lands and it belongs to them.

This ignorant and incompetent tribalist Salva Kiir must be told boldly and strongly be reminded that he is making a big mistake by helping and supporting the Dinka Padang to grab, confsicate and to annex the previous lands on behalf of the Dinkas in Upper Nile and the Jonglei State. Salva Kiir must be rebuked and be told to stay away from encouraging and boasting the weak moral of those malicious Dinka Padang who want to confsicate, grab and to annex  the Shilluk people ancestral lands and to give it away to Kiir's cousins of  the Dinka Padang.
