Integration Of The Human Ideas Into Real Life, The Difficulty Of Our Age

The relationship between the human constructive ideas and the human lifestyle is very weak and never promising most of the time. Could this weakness be emerging from lack of the willpower to implement the constructive ideas or the collision between human interests and the constructive well written ideas?

Human interests are priorities but at the same time personal, these personal interests can directly have a great impact on the environment/country that can be a turning point in history. In many countries, some leaders driven by personal interests have managed to become a bacon of light to their own nations, while others plunged their countries into hell. Therefore, to possess personal interests, it is not a deplorable walk at all. 

But what could be the difference between the leaders who transformed their nations politically, socially and economically based on their personal interests and the leaders who plunged their nations into unending political, social and economic disintegration and total breakdown of their countries. The clarification to the puzzle here can be identified in the ability of the leaders to integrate the human ideas into real life in order to lift their societies without giving much concentration to the personal interests and therefore, their personal interests become secondary to their ideas of transformation of societies.

The most difficult act in our African set up today, is the process of integration of well written ideas into real life. This is a difficulty because, in order to bring about incorporation of the constructive ideas into real life in order to bring about positive impact, the ones with ideas need political, social and economic power. Having power, facilitates the movement from the expression of the ideas orally to implementation and integration of the constructive ideas on the ground as long as there is a will to move per the ideas that can transform the societies and impact the real life on the ground.

However, there is a state of confusion into which people/leaders are plunged into upon receiving the political, social and economic power. This confusion is the conflict of interest which include clinging to power, enriching one’s families and promoting division which is a catalyst of social breakdown hence suspension of agreed upon policies including the imagined constructive ideas. This confusion, which is based on the conflict of interest, is the major factor that has stagnated political, social and economic development in most of the African countries and worldwide. This is because, leaders tend to have high level of morale during their campaigns and then totally lose the positive energy of change upon getting power.

Unless we develop a clear roadmap that is based on merit and the real desire to integrate the constructive ideas into all the political, social and economic institutions, no chance of any transformation at all even if we keep pouring on the masses plenty of promises. Our societies are underdeveloped because we lack a habit of continuity in moving forward in terms of the ideas that we possess and therefore, there is a need to match the energies of change on the ground in order to have constructive ideas implemented which can impact the real life.

In other words, we may need to abolish the system of having countless political parties and instead put up only few parties or integrate political parties in order to create a base for clear national or regional agenda. This system of having the number of the political parties reduced, can help in bringing various people together in order to establish parties that have ideas and focus. This is another way of managing affairs of nations perfectly. This system of limited number of political parties, is evidenced in some developed countries and the system has proven to be efficient and effective, but the only challenge comes from the conflict of interest and the inability to focus on the constructive ideas that are preached.

The passive life has dominated most of the institutions nowadays, aligning them with the way how religion is/was being spread. By passive life, I refer to the way of living in which members of the communities or societies/states live on ideas and promises which aren’t integrated into real life to bring about changes. Just like our constitutions nowadays, most of the politicians only refer to them through quoting the phrases that stand in their favour. And this is a sickness that has affected man for long ages where we have lived on matters that don’t move the societies forward.
