SPLM Unity State Interim Chairperson Endorses Cde. Salva Kiir Mayardit As A Flag Bearer Of SPLM In The Upcoming General Election

SPLM Unity State' Interim Chairperson Cde Dr Joseph Manytuil Wejang has on Saturday endorsed Cde.Salva Kiir Mayardit as "Flag Bearer" of SPLM in the upcoming general election. Cde Manytuil made the endorsement during political rally coincided with the reception of SPLM Delegation,by thousands of people chanting with loud voices "SPLM Ooyee".

The political rally was organized by SPLM Unity State Secretariat alongside SPLM Interim Secretary General Cde Peter Lam Both and Cde Daniel Wet Akot,member of SPLM Political Bureau and the accompanying delegation.

Addressing thousands of people gathered at the premises of SPLM Unity State Secretariat,the SPLM Interim Secretary General, Cde Peter Lam Both expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Cde Dr Joseph Manytuil Wejang,and the people of Unity State for extraordinary reception and warm welcome.

Cde Lam said,SPLM must prepare for an election and reorganization of its structures from all level.And the launching of membership registration across the Country.

Governor and Interim Chairperson of SPLM in Unity State, Cde Dr Joseph Manytuil Wejang said,the entire people of Unity State and SPLM members in particular squarely supports the Chairperson of SPLM Cde.Salva Kiir Mayardit as Flag Bearer of the party in 2023 election. Cde Manytuil reiterated the commitment of SPLM in Unity State to embark on mobilizing new members to join SPLM and to enhance party membership.

In addition,Cde Manytuil stressed that,despite the conflict that engulfed and impeded the party activities across the State,SPLM is emerging more stronger than ever before in Unity State, dwelling on providing basic services to the people of Unity State.
