General Speaking and honestly giving right information to the public always is not a crime and it doesn't reflect tribalism or whatsoever.

Dear ladies and gentlemen. You must know that I am a genius who should concentrate on what will support our country for peace, economic development. I learn when posting testimonial articles to someone who should be recommended. People might think that I have bribed for making it. Make sure that it's not the way to search for money. I won't get someone who used to search money on social media rather than joining the work field. If you deny, let me assure you that it will be your own endangerment and jeopardy.  According to my observation on Hon. Agel Ring Machar, I definitely learned that he is a more capable leader and deserves indeed to run the administration of the greater Warrap State for peace, unity and development.

The key to success for young leaders is not to focus just, but to say “yes.” Yes to diverse opportunities, roles, and tasks. Research demonstrates that younger leaders need broad experience in order to develop their strengths, judgment, character, and identify their calling. That’s just one of five ways young leaders need to develop and if a young leader succeeds these aforementioned then he or she is capable of leading the public. It is the reason why I am calling for the appointment of Hon. Agel Ring Machar to run the gubernatorial post of my beloved community of Warrap State.

Warrap community is not an easy community that should be led by amiss and destructive leader. The community required a great leader for changing not a leader for destruction based on insecurity, corruption and nepotism. It required a leader for change and judgement. A great leader known for being judgemental is a leader that we are proud to endorse him/her for administration purposes and pedestal firm with him during campaigning.

However a Chinese philosopher Han Fei Tzu wrote, “It is not difficult to know a thing; what is difficult is to know how to use what you know.”

Judgement, not skill, is at issue here. Judgment is the ability to wisely apply knowledge and skills. It is the ability to accurately assess risk and make decisions. It is deciding when to act and when to back off. You can be “right” and still be wrong. A friend of mine fired a person for proper

causes. However, as a result, the attitudes of the team members changed to safety and low risk-taking. She asked a mentor about the situation and before she could finish the story the mentor predicted the change in team members. Only experience teaches good judgment. The manager or leader's lack of experience didn’t take into account the broader perspective of the team.

That is judgment. Judgment is easy when the options are black and white. However, most of life is grey. It takes perspective and experience to weigh factors and choose a course of action wisely. He has said the right despises the facts that Coronavirus (Covid-19) originated from their hands.

*Mr. Former Secretary in office of the first vice President Gen. Taban Deng Gai has a richer Role Focus.* One of the best improvements on his leadership has been a role focus. He focused on the few things that he needed to be successful. He says “no” to many things in order to achieve a high degree of focus. BUT, that’s him. He is not no longer a young leader. Of course he is our great leader and we have the right to lead our peaceful community of Warrap State. We are too focused on his leadership knowledge and skills nowadays. For God and my Country.

Long live South Sudan.

Long live President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
