First and foremost I would like to pass my peace salutations to the entire community of WState wherever you're and I am sure God will protect you in this lockdown and quarantine straits. For sure I am noble-minded as a youth of this nation. I have the right to convey a suitable message that will support our country for peace, economic development instead of passing legal injury information to the public. About the gubernatorial post of Warrap State many people are contested and few of them succeeded as truly nominees and they're currently campaigning. He/she is campaigning for his own way as you could have known that peeling or desquamation of mango or guava is quietly different. It the same to slaughterers who are slaughter animals and birds using their different skills for slaughtering.
Coming to the focal point; I would like to declare to you that your son Hon. Agel Machar Ring is the right person to run the administration of Warrap State for being a capable, responsible and highly sophisticated man whose description goes below; A leader is someone who demonstrates what’s possible. The youth generally demonstrates the qualities of passion, energy and commitment and what it takes to be a good leader. Today, it is vital to have a country vision in order to lead well. It’s also critical to have a role model or someone to look up to in times of facing rapid challenges. The challenge of leadership is to be dominant but not rude, emphatic but not weak. However, I considered Mr. Agel Machar Ring a former press secretary in the office of first vice president Gen.Taban Deng Gai to offer him the governorship post of Warrap State in this formation government. Infact, I want both elders and youths of the greater Warrap state to cooperate and campaign for him as I am doing it. He has more responsibility than those you're supporting their lobbies and whatsoever. We need him because he has been a leader who pertains to a group he has responsible for their actions too, along with his own. It's important to understand the personalities of the people working around him. He doesn't postpone a task because it makes him uncomfortable, or it is something he really doesn't want to do. He lives up to the promises he makes, not just to others, but to himself as well.
Moreover, Hon Agel Machar Ring has these qualities of a good leader of which he is the righteous man to lead Warrap state at this time than anyone. Because knowing him is a leader of honesty and integrity, confidence, inspiration, commitment and passion, good communicator, decision making capabilities, accountability, delegation and empowerment, creativity and innovation, empathy, resilience, emotional intelligence, humility, transparency, vision and purpose. The world is changing rapidly and more young leaders are needed to fill the leadership gap at the top. Our beloved President H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit should encourage more young leaders to step up and take initiative to lead in South Sudan. Finally he is also known for being courageous, decisive, initiative and perseverance. Taking an initiative to start something gives him an opportunity to test himself in unfamiliar situations with people from all walks of life. An idea is the most expensive thing nowadays and so far the best contribution he can offer. Perseverance is the combination of passion and hard work. Perseverance can help him redefine himself and is a sure shot recipe for success. Perseverance is boosted by optimism and hope.
For God and my country.
