In reference to the above-mentioned subject, I appeal to your authority to appoint the popular politician Hon. Lam Tungwar Kueigwong, the former undersecretary in the Ministry of Energy and dams, and he has saved our people back in Unity State Bentiu as Minister of Physical infrastructure and housing, public utilities as Governor of Unity State because our people need him badly.
Hon. Lam Tungwar is a man with a lot of experiences in the public services, he acquired a great personality in politics and social life, he is capable of managing Unity State without regret dear comrade Chairman if you give him this vacancy Position now, because nobody there now.
Hon. Lam Tungwar is capable of managing insecurity in the Unity State Bentiu, if you task him as a Governor of Unity State, there will be no frequent cattle raiding like what happened currently in this same hometown of the current Governor who's good at doing nothing and proud of achieving double zero.
In conclusion, Cde Chairman you're our leader and choice is yours for the benefit of our Country South Sudan and her citizens, if you still keep the current Governor then no option for stability in the state and neighbouring states and that's why we need popular supported Politician like Hon.
