Dear Mr. President:
Please accept this concise memo to make sure that the fair play and the integrity of the most prestigious tournament in the world remain intact. To this end, the FIFA was set up to safeguard and protect the world football by enforcing these concreated pillars. It does not mean to interfere with the referee's decisions. Nor does it require to change the result of any game.
In light of these principles, watching the final game through two computers' screens between Senegal and Egypt for the qualification of the 2022 World Cup, there was an obvious huge visible lightwave laser beam moving around the Egyptian players' faces throughout the entire match, and even extended to the referee himself. It apparently stemmed from the fans' cell phones and lab computers.
The consequence, whether intentionally or not, does affect the respiratory symptom of the players to cause drowsiness, short breath, confusion and tiredness. It can be focused on their feet to freeze it during the game, the one so-called "football." The sophisticated technology within the computer and cell phone made them a very effective and danger weapon of choice to harm others. We wrote our published article under the title of "Fake Democracy" by Assem A. Abulkhair to expose the Torturing practice by the waves of the electronic devices to alert the public everywhere, with no exception to our beloved FIFA.
To remind the FIFA, in the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup which was hosted by Egypt, the FIFA's match observer had stopped one of the Egyptian games to warn them about the cancellation of the game with fine, as a direct consequence of using the same lightwave laser beam in the stadium. Henceforth, FIFA does not have nor adopt a double-standard policy to favor one over another.
With that in mind, please review the tape for yourself to take a decisive step and action towards such an unlawful and shameful practice that aiming to tampering with the unique football game.
Thanking you for protecting the game and choosing Egypt to host the future FIFA World Cup, I remain,
