This is the True Price of Leadership. Anyone who aspires to the position of leadership must not be misguided by perceived glory, prominence and benefits of such an honorable position.
Jesus Christ to his disciples, "whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave to all. Mark 10:44.
Keep asking if he has purchase form and Underrate his capacity. He doesn't underrate anyone but he has God Almighty.
Servant leadership is a style based on the desire to serve and give to your community towards the Nation, By putting the needs of others first, to empower people to perform at their best.
Many people who hear the term ‘servant leadership’ for the first time are usually confused, because servants are not seen as leaders and leaders are not usually supposed to be servants.
However, this type of leadership is defined by actions of listening to the voice of your subjects, developing trust, and building good relationships while still possessing and showing the traditional leadership skills of Persuasion, Foresight, and leading your subjects towards prosperity.
Anyone can be a leader and true leaders are rarely defined by title or wealth. In fact, often the best leaders are those who spend time serving others to empower them, regardless of their status or position.
Servant leaders go against the beliefs that leadership is defined as hierarchical, patriarchal, and related to wealth or status. Instead, as the name implies, it is focused on serving others to help them grow, often without the title or recognition that comes with the leadership roles.
