INTRODUCTION
Returnees shared feedback expressing their appreciation for the humanitarian aid that is being provided at the Malakal Transit Center in Bullukat. Many expressed their sincere gratitude for the support, which is essential in assisting refugees and returnees in meeting their basic needs, ranging from financial aid and high-energy biscuits to medical attention. These provisions were crucial in preventing hunger and addressing health issues among vulnerable populations, particularly cash assistance and high-energy biscuits. The input did, however, also point out certain areas that needed improvement, such as inadequate rations, transportation delays, and the effect of rising food prices. Concerns were also expressed regarding poor organization, crowding at transit hubs, and the absence of safety precautions during poor weather, which can result in the loss of personal property.
