INTRODUCTION

Protection, Onward Transport Assistance, WASH, and Biometric Registration received the most feedback. The most recent comments referred to safety and security during the boat ride to Malakal. Some recipients have missed out on services due to worries about biometric registration and token loss. Women and girls have made up the majority of complaints regarding WASH. A considerable number of the displaced community voiced serious concerns regarding education. At the Transit Center, a few young refugees stressed the importance of educational services in preventing youth affected by the Sudanese conflict from dropping out of school. Some asked for alternative measures, such as educational scholarships, to continue their studies in Juba, which had been interrupted by the ongoing conflict. Transportation issues are equally urgent; refugees, particularly those who are vulnerable or have children, are asking for safer travel options than boat travel. They mentioned problems like boat overloading, poor sanitation, and overcrowding. Other issues include requests for more frequent transportation during the rainy season, reluctance to relocate to specific camps because of ethnic tensions, and the requirement for immediate transportation following cash assistance in order to avoid financial drain and strain.
