Pyramids FC winger Mostafa Fathi opened the scoring for the Pharaohs in the 19th minute, while Ahly forward Mahmoud 'Kahraba' Abdel-Moneam doubled their lead just before halftime.
Trabzonspor winger Mahmoud 'Trezeguet' Hassan completed the rout 12 minutes after the hour-mark.
Coach Rui Vitoria made several changes to his starting lineup compared to the team that played against Guinea in the Nations Cup qualifiers just four days earlier.
Ahmed 'Zizo' Sayed and Mahmoud 'Trezeguet' Hassan were the only players who started against Guinea, while the rest of the players were substitutes.
Mostafa Fathi scored a stunning goal with a well-placed shot from a tight angle that beat the keeper on his near post.
Just before the break, Trezeguet cleared Kahraba to score from inside the area and find the roof of the net.
In the second half, the Portuguese coach continued to test his players and gave more players the chance to play.
Ghanam Mohamed, Mohamed Reda, and Hisham Salah made their first international appearances.
In the 72nd minute, Trezeguet scored his second goal of the match, easily finding the net after a rebounded ball from the keeper who fail to collect Hussein El-Shahat shot.
This victory marks the seventh consecutive win under the guidance of coach Vitoria since taking charge of the team in March 2023.
