By: Deng Emmillo Mou, Juba-South Sudan,
My good people of South Sudan, I have the pleasure to welcome you to the month of September 2022 and to wish us all a very happy new month. I welcome you all to a new light, new goals and a new month of peace, abundance and favour. This month of September is our month of hope and great expectations even as we patiently wait for this final implementation of the Revitalised Peace Agreement to be over.
As we enter the first September month of the year 2022 with great hopes and expectations; let us all remember to keep and observe the necessary precautionary measures needed for our safety in this period of massive engagements.
Never let negativity ruin the fresh breeze of this new month. Make every second count by putting a smile on that face. I love you all, and I will keep wishing you happiness all through the new month.
As we aspire to bring sustainable changes and development to the People of South Sudan, May the blessing of the Lord coupled with our efforts make this month remarkable and May this special month mark the start of greater and better South Sudan.
On this note, I once again wish us all a happy and prosperous New month of September with lots of achievements, peace, prosperity and promises fulfilled, and may all our dreams for the new month come true!
Very Truly,
Maj. General Dr. Akol Ayii Madut PhD, Former Commissioner of Custom Service Division, National Revenue Authority, South Sudan - Juba
