Hon. Emmanuel Adil Anthony is a service oriented leader whose accomplishments are tangible and visible in Central Equatoria State. Upon his appointment as governor of Central Equatoria State, he initiated several infrastructural projects that aimed at benefiting the ordinary citizens in the state.
Cde Emmanuel initiated Terekeka- Tali road, Juba - Rokon Road, Laiyna, Kinji in Yei, Kaya-Morobo road and many other federal roads across Central Equatoria State.
The construction work on the above mentioned roads have already commenced and some projects are at completion stages.
In addition, Cde Emmanuel Adil rehabilitated and opened several Internal roads within Juba City. The opening of Internal roads has reduced traffic congestion in Juba City. The government of Cde Emmanuel Adil through the Juba City Council had signed an agreement with East Africa Go Green Company. East Africa Go Green Company has maintained Juba City clean and green.
Gov. Cde Emmanuel Adil Anthony has managed to bring peace among the Communities of Central Equatoria State through the dissemination of Revitalized Peace Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan. He personally toured all the counties and Payams of Central Equatoria to disseminate peace and the need for peaceful co-existence among the various communities.
The former insecure counties in Central Equatoria State are currently peaceful and it is an effort of Cde Emmanuel Adil Anthony.
As a true cadre of Sudan People's Liberation Movement, Cde Emmanuel Adil has mobilized all the citizens of Central Equatoria to support SPLM and rally behind Cde Salva Kiir Mayardit.
He managed to convince the opposition parties members to abandon opposition and join SPLM. Almost 95% of Central Equatoria State Citizens are SPLM members and this is a result of his tireless efforts and am happy for they Opponents of Our Wise, able and Visionary leader Cde Emmanuel Adil Anthony for them to reach to the Excellent Level of creating new behaviors and habits that are oriented away from Sabotaging great Adil Anthony and focus toward success of the Central Equatoria State as our Capital city under Adil.
In conclusion, I am urging the entire citizens of Central Equatoria State to support and rally behind Cde Emmanuel Adil Anthony. Getting peace loving and hardworking leaders like Cde Adil is very rare in Africa and it is a gift from Almighty God to have him ( Adil).
