Awow Daniel Chuang, the Undersecretary for your tremendous work in the Implementation of the Unified Human Resources Policy Manual for all Oil and Gas operating Companies in our country Under the supervision of the Ministry of Petroleum.

First and foremost I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate all of you my leaders of the Ministry of Petroleum in person of Hon. Puot Kang and Cde Eng. Awow Daniel Chuang and other Senior Civil Servants who contributed positively until the achievement of Above mentioned Subject, Congratulations to all of you. 

Dear leaders, in the Reference with above-cited mentioned Subject, our people particularly those who are working in Joints Operating Companies are happy and indirect beneficiaries of outcomes of this Policy are happy too for the tremendous job you implemented yesterday, no need for our National Staffs to be paid less Money than those international Staffs while they're working the same job and to make matter worse our National Staffs are performance a lot better than them. Thank you for a good job Hon. Puot and Cde Awow. 

Why is this effective policy good for National Staff?

1. It will boost the strength of our economy in all areas of financial institutions including the market. 

2. Our National Staff will build standard houses, schools, private health Sectors, Agriculture and other forms of services delivered at the individual capacity or group of people. 

3. This Policy if managed well will eradicate Poverty, illiteracy and diseases, that is how active citizens participate in Nation building. 

In addition, Culture have a great influence in the leadership, whoever have a rich culture have a high chances to be great leader in the Political arena in person of Cde Awow Daniel Chuang and Puot Kang of Ministry of Petroleum plus other young leaders I experience their style of leadership, Poor culture of your background can participate also in the poor decision making of National interest than Stingy behavior even something that's not belong to you as a person and am happy that Cde Awow Daniel Chuang and Hon. Puot Kang Chuol has had rich cultures since the genesis of the Earth.

To Conclude, let us avoid the bad culture of mixing up our parties interests with National interests and I appreciate my party SPLM for supporting National interests always including the above mentioned policies, Dear comrade Awow Daniel Chuang and former comrade Hon. Puot Kang Chuol keeps up the good work for the benefit of our citizens who are suffering in their own resources.

Thank you very much and May Almighty God give you More wisdom of Insight to see National challenges and correct them without fear or favor.
