First and foremost I would like to take this opportunity to Congratulate you for winning the trust of our leadership under wise, able and Visionary leader Cde Salva Kiir Mayardit the Servant of our Country for reappointed as Managing Director of Nilepet.

Dear Countryman and Comrade Dr. Chol Thon Abel, am convinced for your leadership style and the way you're doing your duties with sense of Confidence, Patriotism, commitment in the office, I really appreciated you for committed yourself to make sure that the Nilepet headquarter is finished before the end of this year. 

Dear comrade, Dr. Chol Thon Abel leader isn't a fat, slim, tall or short person but is a Unify figure like your type, am not happy for the way our People talking Negative about you since the first day of your appointment in the office particularly those unpatriotic citizens, betrayer of first  Degree in the limbo of our Country, they're expertise in standing the shadow of mushrooms  and that's why they're suffering with their jealousy, Ego, hatred, this is not a Country we fought for as SPLM. 

In Addition, South Sudan isn't running out of shortage of Money but our country is running out of the shortage of the people who think correctly how to make money, people can't always concocted propaganda against and I will response your nonsense one day or one time one by one because I know most you in and out.

To Conclude, Comrade Dr. Chol Thon Abel, keep up doing your work and finish what you start. It is our public demand and task for you to complete the Headquarters of Nilepet.
