Dear all Chollo Nation,

This Isaac Malith, has proven himself ,to be a tribalistic Dinka\'s fellow,who is so biased and malicious against the Shilluks people and their Kingdom lands and royal territoray.

He is also full of hatred against the Chollo -people,and their precious ancestral lands,which was given to the Chollo -people,by their first Divine Ruler,King Nyikango ,the Great.

Because what Uncle James Ogilo,was actually talking about is a very important concens ,that has to do with Shilluk\'s-lands.Which is being lands-grabbed,confiscated,robbered and annexed by the Dinka\'s Padang, in broad day light robbery,carried out by the Dinka Padang.

And that is because of the unfair and unconstitutional presidential decrees,thats are illegally being issued out by Salva Kiir. Who has proven himself to be the president for only his Dinkas tribe.Therefore Salva Kiir,is saying that he is not the president of Shilluk\'s people,neither is he Kiir,the president other people who are Non-Dinkas tribes,that are found in the whole Southern Sudan.

And this Chollo\'s ancestral land,that is now being robbered and lands-grabbed by Dinkas of Padang.Which is done through the collaboration and conspiracy of president Salva Kiir.Who show himsel now that he is the Paramount Chief of all Dinkas-tribe.

While Kiir\'s,cousins the Padang Dinkas,are now targeting the Shilluks -people, ancestral lands.That is found on the easten banks of the Sobat river at Anakdair Chollos area,in the Eastern-region , of the Upper Nile State.

And those Padang Dinkas ,are also trying to land grabbed, the Chollo -people\'s,ancestral lands,which is found in Weci Pigi area,and in the Dolieb Hills district. Although Weci Pigi ,is originally a Shilluks village, and it was first belongs to the Chollo-people,as their ancestral lands. But Wei Pigi,has now already been lands-grabbed,confiscated and annexed the Dinkas of Padang,who are belonging to the State of Jonglei.

Actually the Shilluk\'s lands of Weci Pigi, was land grabbed ,robbed,and then confiscated ,to be annexed to the Dinkas of Khorfulus. Throug the use of forces and political conspiracy tribal the Dinka-Padang ,gets from Salva Kiir. Which was done and channel through the so called Kiir\'s,unfair and illegal presidential decrees ,which had helped the Dinka Padang,to land -grabbed and annex that Chollos-territoray of Weci-Pigi.

So that in the end this Lands of Weci Pigic,that use originally to belonging to the Shulluk\'s people. Would then be annexed by forced by the Dinkas, in order to becomes the county\'s headquarter of the Dinka Luac of Geroge Athor and Dinkas Thiao of Ceir Chauong Aloung.And this Khorfulus county is located in the Jonglei State, and not in Upper Nile State.

Its worths mentioning that those unruly Dinkas,who are now lands-grabbing, the Shilluk\'s precious territories and lands. Actually they are doing so because the supportes that the Dinkas,are getting from Salva Kiir,himself.

The facts is that those Dinka\'s Padang,are being supported by Salva Kiir,who has always being issuing out unconstitutional and illegal dictatorial tribal presidential decrees,on the Dinkas- Padang\'s,behalf.

Therefore it was president Salva Kiir,who had actually helped those Dinka s of Padang ,politically and militarliy to annexed the Chollos-people\'s,ancestral territories and precious historical indigenous lands.

And it is also true to say that Salva Kiir, has been indeed helping those Padang -Dinkas, since the untimely death of president Dr.John Garang. And Salva Kiir, has been found giving enough political supports and military cover to those Dinkas,of Khorfulus,and Dinkas of Akok county,including the Ngoks in Baliet(Adwong)county,respectively.

And Salva Kiir\'s,helps to those Dinkas-Padang,was actually done and channel through Kiir\'s, office in Juba and by issuing out unlawfull illegal presidential decrees. That are always being issue out by Kiir,was using his presidential powers that are use unconstitutionally and illegally, in tribal decrees.

And those Dinkas,also gest helped by Kiir\'s, through Dinka\'s tribalism and dictatorial decrees,which are very often issued out unconstitutionally and ,illegally.That is always in typical Dinka\'s tribalism manners,which often have real shown and exposed out Salva Kiir\'s ,Dinka\'s tribalism mentality .Which has been proven beyond any doubting Thomas or Jeinj,that actually president Salva Kiir,is a very biased leader and also malicious toward the Chollo\'s people ,their Nation and the shilluk\'s Kingdom,in the Upper Nile State.

The open secrets about president Salva Kiir, is that he is actually a verey malicious person will a ill-intentions that reflex the Dinka\'s-fully planns conspiracy. In order to land grabbed the shilluks territories and has to confiscates those Shilluk\'s lands. Which is now being done and accomplished through lands -grabbing illegal phenomeno,tribal violence aggression.So those the Shilluks could be scared off and to imtimidate the Shilluks people, So that at the end their ancestral lands,could be easliy grabbed by forcefully. And also to confiscated Shilluk\'s Lands and territories. So that the Shilluk\'s lands, could then be given out to the Dinkas of Pandag . Who living and staying in the Khorfulus county,in the Jonglei State.And also to annexed the Shilluks land of Lul/Abanium, to became part of the Dinka Padangs,in Akok county and Baliet(Adwong)county, in the Upper Nile State.

And the facts is that those two Dinkas Khorfulus clans,were found fighting among themselves,in a typical senseless Dinka\'s clans -wars, in Dinka\'s intribal warfare.And then comes Salva Kiir,by mistake and then he, tries to intervene wrongly. By actually resolving and ending this Dinka\'s Khorfulus- intertribal and clans violences,plus Dinka internal wars .He tries end this Clans wars and Dinka\'s clans conflict, at the expenses of the Shilluks-people an their ancestral land of Weci Pig. That has now been lands- grabbed and then annexed to Khorfulus county, in the Jongei State.

And that those Khorfulus Dinka\'s inter-clans wars and conflicts, was being waged and fought betweens the two Dinka\'clans of George Athor, and the Dinka\'s clans of Ceir Chuong Aluong. Because both these two Dinkas clans,could not agrees among themselves on where to located and builded their Khorfulus county\'s headquarter, Jonglei State .And not in Upper Nile State,has Salva Kiir,wants us to wrongly believes him,no matter how wrong and malicous Kiir,is actually.

And then comes Kiir,helplessly running around tring his bad level to wrongely intervenes to settled and resolves this senseless and useless chronic Dinkas Khorfulus clan\'s conflicts and deadly wars. This Dinkas Khorfulus clans wars,was first initiated and cause by the political and personal rivalries that had occurred by George Athor and Ceir Chaoung Aloung.

And it was because of the personal competitions and rivalry,that had happen between the renegade rebel Gen.George Athor,and the GoSS minister Ceir Chaoung aloung,in the first.

Therefore this Dinkas Khorfulus clans,wars and conflicts ,which actually involves rivalry and personal competitions that leads to clans conflicts between competition cousin like rebel leader Gen. Geroge Athor and minister Ceir Chauong Aloung . And which also finally led to the deadly Dinkas clans conflicts,hatred and warfare. Although this Dinkas Khorfulus clans wars,had first nothing to do with the Shilluks people and their lands of Weci Pigic, that why should president Salva Kiir,agrees to pull the Shilluks in to Dinkas clans war,by annexing the Chollo Weci Pigi. In order to beomes the county headquarter those warring Dinka Khorfulus clans.

Then why should president Salva Kiir,allowed himself to be fooled and carried out by those senseless Dinkas Khorfulus clans conflicts and clans wars. Where by Kiir,had wrongly come to solves this interclans war and clans conflicts into Dinkas Khorfulus .With a evil and ill-intention,to be solved at this Dinka interclars wars,at the expense of the innocent Chollos people,and their ancestral lands.That had nothing to do with Dinkas Khorfulus clans wars in the first place,and so Salva Kiir,was real wrong to do that repeated mistakes again and again in the Shilluks-lands.

Therefore president Salva Kiir,need to be strongly be condemn,for trying resolving and to ends this Dinkas -clans wars and conflicts, at the exspense of the innocent Shilluks peeple. Whose ancestral lands of Weci- Pigi, has being lands-grabbbed and annexed Dinka of Khorfulus,through Salva Kiir,helps and conspiracy .

Which maliciously done In order to give to it to Kiirs Dinka\'s cousins,and to annexed to became part of the Khorfulus county,in Jonglei State,illegally and and unconstitutionally.

Kiir,was actually wrong when he first thoughts of settling and resolving this Dinkas-Khorfulus clans wars and disputes, at the expense of the Shilluks people and their ancestral lands.Because initiately this Dinkas Khorfulus inter clans wars, was being fought between the two warring Dinka-clan\'s of Khorfulus county.

And then why should Kiir,comes to maliciously tries to stop this clans warfare at the Shilluks people expense . Why should Kiirs,fordge peaceful settlement and accords between the two warring Dinkas clans. While he is lands-grabbing and annexing the Shilluks people\'s lands of Wei Pigi.

It was not fair for Salva Kiir, to comes from Bhar El Ghazal and Gogrial region ,in order to confiscated and annexed the Chollos- people\'s ancestral lands. Therefore this man called Salva Kiir,had unconstitutional and illegally, while Kiir,has no rights ,neither powers to Lands grabbed ,confiscated and to annexed the Shilluks lands ,by force.

So that those Shilluks lands of Weci Pigi ,can becames the headquarter of the Dinkas of Khorfulus county in Jonglei State,

And what Kiir,has done a very bad malicious and wrongly acts by creating another tribal wars,between the Shilluks -people,and the Dinkas of Khorfulus. And again Kiir,has created the second tribal wars between the Shilluks people, and Dinkas of Abalingi ,in the newly created Akok county. Which was being created with a very evil purpose and a bad intention,in order to lands-grabbes the Shilluks lands of Lul -Anbanieum that are located on the eastern banks of the rive White Nile, in the Upper Nile State and again at the expenses of the Shilluks people expence and their Nyikango\'s lands So Kiir,is very happy now because succeed with his Dinkas Padang\'s cousin, are now ,humiliating,killing and fighting ,the innocent and peaceful Chollos.

This is the same mistakes that Salva Kiir,done and repeated again in the Upper Nile State,when Salva Kiir,came to issue out another tribal dictatorial and unconstitutional , so called presidential decree. That had now created another county for the Dinka Abaling, of Akok area. And instead of those Dinka Abalingi of the newly created Akok county,going home straight in order to build their own county headquarter, around the old town of Akok.

Those Dinka Abalingi of Akok, are now wanting and dreamig of confiscating another Shilluks- lands. And to annex this Chollo-lands so that those Dinkas of abalinigi,could move their old Akok\'s county headquarter,to that place in and another Shilluk\'s lands of Anbaneium Lu.

Which is found located and suited on the eastern banks of the river Nile, and this is a typical Dinka\'s lands grabbing mentality and illegal , being done and carried out against the Shilluks -people, and their lands.

And this is a typical lands -grabbing and robbbery acts that is targeting the Chollo -people and their ancestral lands found east of the land and Weci Pigi area in the Dolieb Hill districts .Which is being done unconstutional by the Dinka Paramount Chief Salva Kiir. Who is now encouraging and supporting those tribalist Dinkas of Abalingi. So that the Abalingi Dinkas of Akok county, could move their Akok county headquarter deep in side the Shilluks territory and lands of Anbanium/Lul. Which is founded located on the eatern banks of the White Nile river.

This is Dinka Padang lands -grabbing illegal business his being done and carried out because of the Dinka\'s Paramount Chief Salva Kiir. Who is always has instructed in insitaging those Dinkas of Akok county,to gou and confiscate,steals and to robbed shilluk -people\'s, lands and territories . Instead of those wild and savage Dinkas fighting among themselve in Khorfulus .

Kiir, is telling his Dinka Padang cousins ,to go out loose in order to land -grabbed,confiscate,robbed and annex all the Shilluks of Anabnium/Lul and Chollo-Weci-Pigi.
