UNICEF - Re-advertisement: Child Protection System strengthening at sub national level - International individual/ institutional consultancy

UNICEF Ghana is seeking the services of a highly technically experienced international Consultant (individual) or institution possessing a good understanding of Child protection system strengthening approaches and experience in the sector to provide the needed technical backstopping to the Institute of Local Government Studies.

The deadline for submitting applications is  18 April2016.

Interested institutions should present a technical and financial proposals: The technical proposal for the assignment should indicate clearly how the assignment will be tackled. The proposal should include proposed methodology and approaches to be used. A financial proposal for the assignment will be presented separately. Other certifications required for contracting an institution will be requested if selected. (refer to the TOR for details)
