The odds of the genesis of a Dinka Empire in south Sudan.

I must congratulate Dr. Wani Tombe, that brave intellectual with courage who never spare efforts to mention the truth, because it is the truth that will liberate our mental slavery.

The editorial of Advocate of Monday Fab. 9^th 2009 vol.2 issue No. 308 was perfect and realistic for supporting the course taken by the MPs of the Royal Collo Kingdom for speaking loudly about the attempted take over of the land by using the brutal massacre of the innocent people at Anakdiar by Dinka SPLA soldiers in what appears to be a systematic land grabbing strategy by the ruling Dinka clique.

The issue is about the Dinka Neocolonialism that is hatching in the south which should be vigorously countered with all possible means. The pretext of humiliating others on the account that the CPA was brought by the Dinka is a flat lie. Many of these people know the sacrifices attributed to others both in the bush and as the 5^th column inside, It will be told who halted the progress the"SAIF AL OBOOR" military compaign against the SPLA, which if not General Oyay Deng Ajak, the enemy could have reached Uganda swiping out any thing in vicinity, what about the role of Obute Mamour,Dr. Riak machar, Dr. Lam who guarded the Northern borders, exposed to face the enemy with scarce weapons the examples are many. For those who think that the CPA is a Dinka making and there fore they should get every thing as the government positions and including the others' lands , is a miss conception. But even if it were true, did they fight for themselves or for the whole of south Sudan? How about the first war that culminated in signing of Addis Ababa agreement? The new-found bigotry by the Dinka is not reasonable. Imperialism has no color as put rightly by Dr. John Garang deMabior. How will the Dinka differ from the Arabs or Turks who dominated the south and slave-treaded the people of the south? The leadership of Salva Kir is a fiasco and we apologize to other Dinka brothers who do not support the trend of Salva kir in his efforts of establishing an empire that may not concern them. A leader who suffers indecisions is a bad one. All over the south things are not moving well, and 4 good years have been spent in vein.

1. The non payment of the SPLA soldiers while his government officials in Juba are soaked with plenty fullness so much so that some undersecretaries getting as much as that can pay ten soldiers of the poor SPLA, that make them go on the rampage and looting bouts in the towns and country side. Where is the role of the C-IN-C who never knows whether his soldiers are starving to death while his ministers' bellies are bursting with wealth and their children enjoying foreign schools and health care in America, Australia etc.

2. The tribalistic government machinery that operates in Juba with almost all the ministries affiliated to Dinka either as a minister, head of a commission or an undersecretary neglecting other capable people from different tribes, that mal-presentation of the south, and leaving out of capable non-Dinkas with high qualifications in the various fields of development, gave the Dinka citizen a false sense of superiority over other tribes, when in actual fact this is not the case, not in population, education or warrior ability. Most of these people know the ability of others, but are denied.

3. Corruption, nepotism and tribalism are the only fields some of these excel in.

4. Land grabbing which seems to be a new- found characteristic of our bothers the Dinka is due to the bad administration by the political establishment of Salva Kir. Some of Dinka sections in the old days will not dare to make a trespass in a Murle territory let alone shooting their people on the hospital beds in Bor or messing around with territory of the Collo Kingdom. These mismanagement by Kir administration will not go un challenged. The 27 member SPLM political Bureau in which majority are from one ethnic group spits in the face of Salva Kir, because it indicate that the decisions on behalf of the south Sudan are taken in the interest of one tribe which is unfair. This is the neocolonialism that must be challenged. The intention to take over the lands of other people e.g . in Collo kingdom, Nimule , Juba, Yambio, Moru, Jurbel etc, are a part of the conspiracy to dominate the south by Dinka.

5. The non-integration of the SPLA soldiers and keeping some of the ethnic group of soldiers at the front line as for those in Abiye or the oil areas, territories indicates servitude to others while the Dinka soldiers are posted where the war is not eminent to loot, rape and massacre as in the Collo Kingdom.

6. Entirely depending on the oil revenue for development and paying salaries in south Sudan while the custom collections are pocketed by some generals is just unfortunate and a serious set back. Now that the oil price is low and no longer earns the south any hard currency thus inadequate funds.

7. Every commission is headed by a Dinka(except two) is an unfair distribution of power and wealth which ignited the 1955 south-north war. Many things are not going well in the south. One problem the imperialist never realizes usually is that by usurping peoples right, neither the oppressor nor the oppressed enjoys peace. Mr. Kir must realize that he is becoming an oppressor with a thick skin to heed the people's shouting and discontentment.

8. Mr. Salva had formed committees to investigate many situations, but the results have never seen light. These committees are monotonously headed by Ann Ito.......... Ann Ito ......... Ann Ito. This incompetent champion Ito was there in the 60 million $, killing of the police officers in Yambio, land-grabbing, coward shooting of Dr's guards in Malakal, Killing of people in Anakdiar, killing of the civilians in Rumbek, killing the Jurbel the list is long and getting longer day after day but no results. The only quick committee and faulty one was that which dismissed Tilar and Aleu from the SPLM, when the champion Ito was seen at her best in forgery.

To all the citizen of south Sudan, you will have been eaten the day the white bull will be eaten by clique of Gen. Salva. During the 2^nd SPLM convention Gen. Salva was determine to get rid of Dr. Riak Machar and Pagan Amum. Is it not Dr. Riak whom he used to solicit some funds from the north now when the southern money runs out, some of which is being smuggled across the boarders in the caskets by his dual-nationality ministers whose families are in Australia, Britain or America? What kind of government has majority of its cabinet members that are half foreigners?.

To all the southern citizens if Salva Kir is voted into office again as the president of South Sudan, he is going to be worse than Robert Mogabe. To all nationalities of south Sudan, rise up for your rights in face of Dinka colonialism led by Salva Kir. "Of course this not hatred against all the Dinkas as long as there are those who never support marginalization of other southern people". Madi,Azande, Bari,Collo, Murle,Nuer Jurbel etc. but all of you who are threaten by the neocolonialist must rise up against the new oppressors that shall be worse than the Jalaba, though the north did not aspire to take you out of your grand fathers' land.
