The summit will take place on Friday, 4th September 2026, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Under the theme “Enhancing Professional Excellence for Global Competitiveness,” the summit will provide a strategic platform for meaningful dialogue, knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration aimed at equipping African professionals with the skills, mindset, and leadership capabilities required to thrive in an increasingly interconnected and competitive global economy.
The African Professional Summit 2026 seeks to address emerging trends shaping the future of work, innovation, digital transformation, leadership, entrepreneurship, governance, and sustainable development across the continent. According to Abigail Stevens, the Chairperson of the Summit Planning Committee:
“Our goal is to create a world-class platform where professionals from diverse sectors can share insights, build partnerships, and develop solutions that address both local challenges and global opportunities. We believe excellence remains the foundation for sustainable growth and competitiveness.”
As Africa continues to navigate rapid technological, economic, and social transformation, the summit aims to empower professionals with practical tools, contemporary knowledge, and strategic networks that will enhance productivity, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
