Development in simple words means to bring up the society by providing them with the simplest basics needs of life
Collo land need development, I think it is a matter of taking decision to start the development; this decision will take long time
Collo vision is a victim of Collo missed used of political differences, although political difference is very important in politics, but due to little knowledge of some people or individuals about politics itself, then instead of using this politics to support the Collo interests, it divided the people into groups, which are very hard to cooperate. Political difference should not forbid Collo people to build a School, Hospital and etc for innocent Children, who even don't know about a word call politics.
If one tribe men can not stay comfort together, then how will this future Southern Sudan take all the different tribes there comfortably?
We Collo have to take decision about our future now, the steps taken at the "ALL COLLO SECOND CONFERENCE" held in Malakal last April is very encouraging when all the items/equipments provided for Conference were taken to Kodok Hospital
We have many qualified and experienced candidates in different fields of specializations who are working now in different parts of Sudan and even in different parts of the world, we have many new graduates in Sudan and other Countries, we have Technicians in different fields, I think it is a matter of arrangement and willing to serve Collo land.
To build a strong nation we have to leant from others and take into consideration their fouls, development start step by step.
My proposal to these issues is that, it is better for all Collo communities to make awareness among their members by organizing workshops about development specially those outside Sudan; the youth living outside should know that it is not their land even if it is shining and beautiful, the Whites have worked hard to achieve that stage.
The Collo youth and elders all together should take initiative for the issue of developing Collo land, this lack of development is our issue to face so that our sons and grand son will enjoy later.
My initiative to fight this issue is concentrated and emphasized on the following points.
after the Conference directly, so this is a contribution to development itself.
1.Each Community can sort out her Members in term of specialization both the experienced and the new graduates, so as to know the number of the experienced and the new graduates candidates in each community in each specialization , this can be achieved via questionnaire.
2.Setting Visions and proposals Projects of each category of specialization as contribution for development of Collo land.
3.Arrangements of feasibility analysis of the proposed Projects of each category of specialization to find out the chances of implementation.
4.Implementation of these Projects on the ground.
These steps can contribute to develop the Collo land, it is a hard job, but very easy if the Collo communities take initiative as one spirit and put it as goal for Collo people.
Finally I hope most Collo Communities all over the World will take initiative to take care about this important issue, the land is build by the owners. So it is time for initiatives from different sources to help ourselves.
