Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth is an Original South Sudanese, not an Ethiopian. A response to the tribal activist Mr. Bol Marol Abuok

First of all, I would like to condemn in the strongest term possible the betrayal and description of the true and potential son of South Sudan as an Ethiopian by the dangerous tribalist Mr. Bol Marol Abuok. The intention of Mr. Bol's article was to tarnish the clean image of Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth without taking into account that social media users are intellectuals who can't be misled with lies and fabricated information. Mr. Bol Marol falsely and impudely described the former minister of petroleum Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth as corrupt, liar, foreigner, womanizer and tribalist.

Dear readers, Amb. Ezekiel Lol was born in Malual Gahoth County in Maiwut State not in Gambella as claimed by Mr. Bol Marol in his fake article. He then served in the SPLA before migrating to United States of America as a young man, in search of better education. Lol acquired his knowledge in USA where he obtained both bachelor and master degrees in Criminology, Administration of Justice and Security and public administration respectively. 

In 1980s, Lol Gatkuoth joined SPLM/A. He was immediately appointed as a head of SPLM chapter in United States of America by Late Col. Dr. John Garang De Mabior because of his knowledge and experiences in the American politics. Lol used the opportunity of being the head of chapter to lobby for ammunitions, funds, humanitarian aid and political support from American government. Indeed, he successfully managed to establish strong diplomatic relations between SPLM/A and America and that was why America was strongly supporting SPLM/A interm of funds, amunitions and humanitarian aid during the 21 years of liberation struggle. Lol has never joined National Congress Party (NCP) or any political party during the liberation struggle His achievements in the liberation struggle are known by all the South Sudanese with exception of a mere Arab slave Mr. Bol Marol Abuok.

In addition, Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth hasn't corrupted anything even one pound beginning from the time when he was a head of mission to United States of America and finally a minister of petroleum.  Lol was the one who mobilized all the South Sudanese who were residing in America to vote for separation during Referendum time in 2011 and indeed all the South Sudanese in America voted for secession. He has accomplished more than 15 achievements in the ministry of petroleum ranging from oil sector transformation, resumption of oil production, increase in the volume of oil production, provision of social services to the citizens, complete eradication of corruption and environmental pollution and many others.

Mr. Bol Marol alleged that Amb. Ezekiel Lol was a leader of Gatjak Community and a womanizer at the same time. Lol has never been a community leader one day. If you are doubting, ask any member of Gatjak Community. He will tell the same. Lol Gatkuoth is a responsibke man who has a wife and children. Describing a married man  as a womanizer is both against the constitution and the culture of 64 tribes of South Sudan. Nothing connects the personal privacy or social affairs with the politics. I will not blame Bol Marol because he is a confused who was born in Arab slavery and grown up in the hand of white men. Therefore Bol ended up with no culture. 

It has never happened for a slave to attack a hero. Amb. Ezekiel Lol is one of the heroes who made it possible for South Sudan to be on World Map. The critical roles which he played in the pre-independent and post independent period are acknowledged by the South Sudanese around the world and Almighty God himself with the exception of bread seekers and slaves like Bol Marol Abuok. 

In conclusion, I am reiterating my calls on all the social media users to immediately disregard whatever was written by Bol Marol Abuok in his article. I am also appealing to Bol Marol Abuok to apologize for misleading our intellectuals in the media.
