Getting New  promotion in the military as a Chief of South Sudan People's Defence Forces (C-SSPDF) is itself great news. You can present your skill in a beautiful way to congratulate BoSS H.E the President of the Country south Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit, your colleagues with your Country for such promotion. There is no doubt, all the military men work hard to protect their country and the promotion is a reward for their hard work.

A soldier’s life is difficult, they protect Citizens, Country and law while they face many hardships. In any disaster soldiers are the ones who save Civilians while putting their own lives in danger. We cannot afford to pay anything in return to them other than respect and admiration. Promotion in the military is itself the biggest achievement in a soldier’s life, convey your best wishes to a soldier, and choose Military rank promotion congratulations Gen. Dengdit.

Santino Deng Wol is one of the qualities of a great leader. The ability to attract and influence people and decisions is one of the characteristics every leader must possess, especially militant seeking the mandate of the Soldiers. Character can be a useful military tool. As a great leader Gen. Santino Deng Wol  has this natural aura to attract a following and influence other people's behaviour. He has such skills like premonition and ability to predict events and situations.  . Charismatic individuals like He (Gen. Deng) may be worth establishing a good relationship with because of his influence on other people. Identifying with the ideals and identifying with a sound and selfless leader that will guarantee effective representation and good governance.

Character is often said to be a mysterious ineffable quality you either have it or don't have it. Confidence, exuberance, optimism, a ready smile, expressive body language, and a friendly, passionate voice among others are identified as some of the key factors that define an individual with character.

He (Gen. Wol) is God loved and respected not only as a result of his military command skills, wealth or kind gesture but most importantly because of his ability to see things from another people’s perspective and understand the feelings of innocent people around him. He does not lord it over his people nor does he in any way portray himself as a demi-god. He’s readily available, easy to reach and always attentive to the plight of his people. Do I hear you say Gen. Dengdit has good listening ears,  yes and that’s more reason to assign him as a Chief of the South Sudan People's Defence Forces and  support Soldiers on his mission of Interim period.

Gen. Dengdit is such a great personality to be with. He has this gracia to inspire and motivate  people. As a leader with character and entrepreneur, Achinagbaraoha has encouraged and inspired not just a few to pursue their dreams while helping many to translate their ideas into reality.

Gen. Deng Santino is poise and with such exuding self confidence, he always acts authentically and with assurance. Even in the face of uncertainty and potential risk,  you can see through his calmness and such unexplainable ease. 

South Sudan People's Defence Forces (SSPDF) needs a Vibrant and a leader with Character in this moment.  Deng Santino is the man.

Your life protects the life of millions; it is expensive for everyone. The promotion, you got, pays off your talent and hard work. You deserve many achievements in life, so go ahead in the race. I wish you congratulations for your New promotion.
