She noted that it would be unconstitutional to lock out such Kenyans out of the poll urging the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to consider them as Kenyans in the Diaspora.
“I met Kenyans who live and work in South Sudan and they requested me to push for a polling station that will be set up in Juba and considering the high population of Kenyans residing there I think that request is justified,” she said.
“I also want to ask you to vote wisely so that we can fight corruption and impunity,” she urged.

She noted that the road was in a sorry state and it greatly hampered transport activities.
“We also discussed the difficulties faced by Kenyans in sending money back home and it will be necessary to work on the modalities of correcting it,” she added.
Karua and Kiir discussed matters of mutual interest surrounding around peace and security where she pledged to enhance good relations between the two countries is she won the presidential race.
She further emphasised the need peace and stability for South Sudan noting that the same would be reflected in Kenya.
“I also want to congratulate the president for signing the peace agreement with their northern neighbour and I wish them well,” she said.
With only four months to go to the election, aspirants like Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta have also visited other regional leaders in an attempt to woo their support.
Presidential candidates continue filling their weekend schedules with campaigns all over the country to sell their bids for the top job.
Prime Minister Raila Odinga and his deputy Musalia Mudavadi spent Friday campaigning in various parts of the Rift Valley including Nakuru.
Kenyatta is also scheduled to visit Laikipia County on Saturday. His tour will start at Kinamba and proceed to Karandi, Kwa Wanjiku, Jebi and then to Rumuruti before addressing a public rally at Nyahururu town.
Karua will spend her Sunday in Kirinyaga County selling her bid.
Odinga’s ODM reloaded team will also conduct a number of activities over the weekend.
The campaign team will join soccer enthusiasts at the epic match between Gor Mahia and Thika United at the City Stadium before attending the Obama-ODM Reloaded Night at the Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi to mark the re-election of US President Barrack Obama.
The team, which includes Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Ababu Namwamba, assistant ministers Magerer Langat and John Mbadi; MPs Augustino Neto (Ndhiwa), Manson Nyamweya (South Mugirango) and Millie Odhiambo (nominated), will then travel to the North Rift Valley on November 11.
