BEIJING, May 6 -- During the May Day holiday, all peacekeepers of the 12th Chinese Peacekeeping Infantry Battalion to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) remained steadfast at their posts.
During the holiday, the battalion dispatched over 100 troops each day to perform round-the-clock guard duties in rotation at 15 sentry posts in the UN camp.
