During a meeting with South Sudan President Salva Kiir in Moscow, Russian president Vladimir Putin demonstrated how to put on an earpiece that would provide a translation of their conversation. The footage released by Zvezda News shows Kiir struggling to put the device on. “Like this,” Putin was quoted as saying when he showed Kiir how to place the device on top of his ear.
