Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy and South Sudan’s Albino Bol inaugurated the 1st Cairo national conference on South Sudan youth. Themed “For the Sake of South Sudan”, the conference, in its third edition, kicked off April 3 and would last until April 8.
Under the protocol, the two countries should exchange young delegations and should work together on training and entrepreneurship programs.
Sobhy said his Ministry always acts to boost cooperation with African countries, particularly South Sudan.
For his part, Albino said he greatly appreciates fruitful relations between Juba and Cairo. He added that Egypt has a big experience in the field of youth and sports that it could very well share with South Sudan.
After the conference, Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy and South Sudan’s Albino Bol signed a cooperation protocol Sunday with the aim to educate and hone skills of youth.
