Once upon time, back in 1960', Egypt was under the rule of the most controversial and popular dictator the world has ever known. My father then valid philosophy and profound belief emphasizing that, [I]t does [not] matter whether any government governs by the democratic principle or by the iron fist rule—[t]he only min[d] of [t]he ruler can prevail one over another !![!]
To this end, comparing this canon to the varieties of mind America has brought forward to the world throughout the last two centuries, it does make sense when and where each president dictated his own policy and belief regardless of Congress approval or without
To this effect, the current President before ending his first presidency term, had requested to have a military parade, [h]e was [not] granted one. Now, he preparing himself to participate and preside over one in celebration of his birthday. Whether the Congress has approved the military parade or not remains unclear !![
In any event, it will eventually set precedent for the first time ever in the short history of America to be repeated by any coming president who has the desire to feel the longing sense of a dictator self-image [!]
The logical question remains, who will pay the bill of the ten of millions of dollars squandering on this fancy parade to say, Happy Birthday, Mr. President !![!] Does the President, as one of the most riches men in America, will pay for it from his pocket !![!] Or the taxpayers' money ending up the Treasury to bear the burden, as usual, despite the restriction imposed prohibiting it to release any fund without the authorization of Congress !![!]
The world comes to know the celebration of military parade through the dictators everywhere, including America's dictator now. Frankly, the military parade usually held on the country Independence Day or victorious day, not a president's birthday. Even though, the odd idea itself is unamerican, the Fourth of July, or even September 11th day, would be the proper day to show the enemy, or rather the rivals of America, that American remains strong and united [.] This is the message of the parade, [not] celebrating the birthday of the "American King" with all due respect !![!]
With that in mind, the alphabetic mindful meaning of the sworn oath of the presidency clarified in its plain and blatant language to every president elected to the office, the duty and responsibility of leading the "Republic" of the United States of America—and must [not] be the "Kingdom” of the United States of America in order to distinguish between a military parade for the Independence Day—or a military parade for the King birthday!![!] How can we "Make America Great Again" then !![!]
Thus, the mind of the Ruler here cannot be clearer than it appeared herein !![!]
