Mr. President:
[C]an we adopt the Nevada Electronic TORTURE Act to be enacted forthwith as the official law govern in the United States after the approval of the Congress of course !![!]
[A]s a victim of this heinous TORTURE crime against humanity imposed upon me by your signing [a] blustering order profiled me as [a] "Targeted Individual" under [a] "Kill List" to be electronically harassed and TORTURED by bunch of convicted criminals, thugs, and drug addicts, etc., to satisfy the idiotic and moronic federal agency that so-called—the "F**"—or rather, "The Federal Bureau of Thugs and Thieves"—as our valued experience with them has so far proved such an indecent and unethical conduct with merit [.]
[M]r. President, I do [not] need your mercy or "pardon." I only request to make the Nevada Electronic TORTURE Act the law of all America, not only Nevada, so the victims of this barbaric TORTURE can have some sense of relief and decent life, as everybody else, as equally mandate[d] by [t]he forgot[ten] Constitution [.]
For the sake of America, [not] me, if you really mean to "Make America Great Again"—because America will never be civilized or great without law to end the indecent and uncivilized TORTURE against human beings.
[A]s I had advised you more than five (5) years ago when I predicted your winning the first presidency against all odds—to dismantle this failure federal agency before going after you. You disregarded it, and even you never sent a respectful reply as [a] professional in business for decades [.]
[D]espite they are extensively trying very hard [t]o humiliate me [i]n public for a decade now—by keeping pumping into my genital 24/7, second-by-second—while the rest of the [mute] "Satans" [re]main[s] silent, [I] am still proudly standing firm with my unique moral courage and the unattainable strong language against the face of the evil and satanic tyranny that transferred America into the "home of coward"—by bullying the entire society to distract them from their obvious failure to stop, or even control the massive wave of the fury mass-shooters. Yes, indeed, [t]hey made and transform[ed] "America" into the most hostile, dangerous, ("Kangaroo country") [,] and threat [t]o America [it]self [.] Make [no] mistake about it !![!]
[W]ith that in mind and heart, [i]t is about time [t]o abolish them and create an investigation unit within the unabashed U.S. Marshals Service before [i]t will be too little [,] and too late [.] [T]his [i]s the last call [.] [T]ake [i]t—or [l]eave [i]t [!]!!
