Almost forty (40) years ago, I emigrated to America during Ronny time when and where American was really "great" and prosper with its booming economy and affordable jobs and housing everywhere you go with the lowest unemployment rate, at that point in time. Thanks to Mr. President Reagan who closed the historical great deal with the prime rival that so-called, "Russia" to minimize and eliminate the spread and threat of the ugly and unkind nuclear weapon around the world.
As he was a former actor, artist, governor of California, then president of the United States of America, he had a sense of sympathy toward those undocumented aliens. The reason compelled him to issue an executive order to pardon them by an amnesty programs to legalize them and pave the path to permanent residence, despite the mountain of an overwhelming opposition amounted against such an unpredictable and unique move, at that point in time and history [.]
Henceforth, deportation was [not] a threat hanging in the air to any immigrant as it is obviously present right now. [T]here was [NONE]. Unlike back then, the frenzy "slogan" to "Make America Great Again" was absent from the politicians' mind and political arena in general. To this end, kicking the undocumented immigrants out of America in a massive deportation was [not] a great idea to that remarkable administration, at that point in time, but on the contrary. Legalizing them, making them a part of the systematic system to participate in the society and pay taxes to contribute to the economy, was the Reagan administration's great goal. Even though, as the undersigned is an immigrant himself he did not benefit from any amnesty in the past. He took the academic and hard road climbing the mountain to the citizenship defeating legally all the direct and indirect obstacles in the process ending up in the district court to finalize the closing chapter of the characterized and criticized citizenship. It made unprecedented history and unparalleled record in the American's history with an application that was pending a full ten (10) years long overdue for citizenship for which manufacture intended "delay" compelled the INS to eventually change its dynamic process, which triggered and forced by the conclusion of Abulkhair v. Bush, et al., in which litigation automatically benefited all citizen seekers afterward [.]
As a matter of fact, in the proper path to permanent residence, Abulkhair's highly values and principles had rejected the infirm idea of marriage to cheat on an innocent woman and the system together. He refused to accept lawyers' advices to purchase a farm contract to deceive the system under when and where there was a demand and legal status for the agriculture workers and hence Abulkhair's original position, as written within his Egyptian passport is, an "Agriculture Eng." Then the last of all was to remove his last name and claim coming through Mexico of which its rejection stunned the "immigration counsel" after Abulkhair informed him in anger voice, that his unique last name [ABULKHAIR] is older than the great Egyptian Pyramid.
In light and reminder of my own immigration struggle experience, there must be no question that everybody must defer to the rule of law and abide by immigration laws and regulations equally to all, with no exception to the relative of the president himself. Coming and staying illegally taken the risk against all odds, you must bear the consequence of your determination and accept deportation as a final result.
Having clarified and emphasized that, we are absolutely [not] in any way, shape or form, standing against enforcing the law of deportation. We are against any abuse of power to humiliate those poor people, who came to America to make a change in their living of better life and helping their family abroad. The must be treated with respect by showing them the highest and utmost degree of dignity and integrity in their way out with the farewell promise to be returned and welcomed again legally.
With that in mind, and understanding that "Make America Great Again" would not be achieved at the expense and expel of those innocent illegal poor aliens to satisfy the fanatic hatred of foreigners present in this county where almost all has become immigrants in the first place [.] Make it right with the most professional conduct implied to not aggravate the society and not tear the family apart in the process is remained the most important method in the deportation process to prevent eroding the confidence and trust of the immigration policy and law in the eye of the entire world whose watching us carefully.
"Making America Great Again" requires this American's administration to abolish, once and for all, all of the unconstitutional and unlawful federal programs that intended to deprive Americans of their liberty and security, as such as, "Targeted Individuals" and "Kill List" and all alike, of which all, was initially created to ashamed America and humiliate its citizens in the long unending process. This alone would be capable enough to put America on the right track and proper course of reform and correction to "Make America Great Again [.]"
