[A]s the undersigned proudly admired himself to be [a]n Egyptian embracing the well-settled remarkably heritage and exceptional, sensational and historical operative words uttered by one of the most revered revolutionary leaders during the legitimate resistance of the brutal Britch occupation of Egypt in the last century when [h]e slapped onto their colonialize ugly faces by humbly and proudly declaring to the entire world [:]
"[I]f I [H]ad [Not] Been Born [A]n Egyptian—[I] Would [H]ave Wish[ed] To Be [An] Egyptian [.]"
And Abulkhair further emphasized by distinguishing [:]
[I]f I [H]ad [Not] Been Born [A] Son Of [T]he Grea[t] Pharaoh[s]—[I] Would [H]ave Wish[ed] T[o] Be [A] Son Of [T]he Grea[t] Pharaoh[s] [.]
[W]ith that proudness, appreciation and admiration in mind and hear [,] I profoundly urge the Egyptian government to request the Egyptian Parliament to plan and pass a piece of legislation prohibiting the use of any kind of electronic devices to be used as a deadly weapon in purpose of TORTURE by TORTURING any human being, namely, Egyptian individual resides in or out of Egypt to be charged forthwith with a crime against humanity and facing a penalty of five hundred thousand (500,000.00) Egyptian Pound and imprison for a sentence not less than twenty five (25) years in prison regardless of his/her native origin and/or national. And thus, all foreigners "Torturers" must be brought forward and expedite to Egypt to face justice for his/her against humanity inflicted willfully upon his/her victims.
In turn, aiming [a] "directed energy", microwave, laser, red radiation, weapon system, chemical, biological and bio bugs, by means of electronic harassment, electromagnetic torture, electromagnetic radiation or psychotronic torture in attacking an individual's heart, respiratory symptom, digestive symptom, bladder symptom by emerging and blocking the urinate at the same time to enforce number (2) upon him/her, frostbite feet, swelling legs, pumping air into penis to enlarge its size and disfigure it aiming directed energy and microwave in attacking and burning it with respect to cause severe pain, suffering, and damage aiming the same weapons to disfigure his/her rectal, and attacking the brain with the same weapon to damage it and cause severe headache lasting for twenty four (24) hours, or more sometimes with the malicious intent of causing severe pain and suffering and psychologically affect the victim wellbeing by causing a maxim damage to his/he health in causing serious injuries as been delivered deliberately and intentionally to achieve that evil purpose through an electronic mean, it shall be categorically characterized as a premeditated attempt of murder and/or first degree murder.
And therefore, with that principles and values in consideration, the iconic beloved Egypt can be emerged again on the world stage to set up the standard and raise the ethically moral canon and bar very high to lead the strayed world once and for all by urging the United Nations, along with the rest of the "civilized" countries to follow its footstep and pursue the same principles and values to reform a much better and peaceful world to become a real modern place to live free of the infirm and rusted "Stone Ague" barbaric [TORTURE] and more safer from the ugly stigma and the chronically cancerous discrimination.
Henceforth, at this juncture, the highest judicial court in Egypt, precisely, Egypt's Supreme Constitutional Court must be invited with its extraordinary supervisory power to make sure that this critical piece of legislation taken its highly unique priority to proceed forward in a swift and speedy manner to put the entire world on legal notice to be careful when the originally known as recognized as the primarily citizens of Egypt have become subjected to be under the tyrannical sword of TORTURE or facing any oppressive treatment or unbearable injustice, the sword of the swiftly polestar justice will be waiting and ready to bring the criminal Torturers and prosecute them to the full extent under the Egyptian and International law to face the real justice that they have unfairly deprived their victimized tortured individuals of for no apparent reason, except for their hunger and longing for Torture For which TORTURE is molded in their blood, brain and heart motivated by their vicious hatred and disrespect for other humans for who they are, and nothing else [.]
For the humanity purpose alone, as a victim whose being victimizing and suffering as a decent human under an unrelenting ongoing brutal electronic TORTURE articulated, utilized and orchestrally exercised by the Torturers, who armed themselves with the most sophisticated wheel of electronical and technological TORTURE on the cutting edge, which implied and inflicted by [a] former intrusive, "authoritarian" and useless "superpower', [a] sour loser who could not settle with less than retaliation, revenge and vengeance to be noted and recognized on the spot of a defeated failure to be a sore loser.
Giving the overwhelming grievance and agony of which the undersigned remains deeply endure, we respectfully present this most needed legislation in this crucial and critical time in order to protect other Egyptians, and generally the citizens of the world regardless of their nationality or religion to free them from facing the same ugly fatal fate. We need no credit for it. We only looking forward to see Egypt is modern model whom comes first and above all to denounce and criminalize the newest fascist fashion of TORTURE hidden behind the satanic mask of the wheel of [t]he electromagne[tic] TORTURE [.]
