MISUNDERSTOOD MESSAGE

The unwarranted call and cry for the knowledgeable distinguished President of New York Colombia University to resign on the basis of their misunderstanding that "antisemitism" on the rise at campus is misinterpretation as well as misplaced and misleading at best.  The obvious and crystal-clear distinction between antisemitism and anti-Israel can be no clearer than in this particular controversial history of the "occupied" land of the State of Palestine since this Middle-East crisis started in 1948.

To make it decisive, one way or another, the controversial genuine dispute in the Palestine Land has nothing to do whatsoever with religion, or be interpreted as misconstrued, or related in anyhow to Judaism or "antisemitism".  There is [NONE].

It is obviously clear about an ancient landmark called the holy land mistakenly offered, or rather promised from a corrupted British politician, who did [not] own more than one hundred years ago to stain the infamous former colonial occupier British's history since and forever of dominating most land of the world then, including the best friend "United States".  It was and still is a preposterous and satanic "promise" to give "homeland" from who[m] does [NOT] own [.]   By ignorantly doing so, his moronic adventure has indeed burdened the entire world with a serious consequence of massive wave of wars, terrorism, and the unbearable blood shed everywhere that [all] otherwise would has been prevented and obviated.          

To this end, the delusional perverters of justice desperately wanted so badly to counter, or rather turn the tragic genocide committed against the innocent civilians in Gaza where the entire silent world has witnessed for the frequent times in the modern history, the most precious infants and children buried alive under the rubble for which unknown crime or guilt they ever committed to deserve such a catastrophic event in their early innocent age, into a deceptive distraction of their made up and/or fed up "antisemitism" where in fact and correctly meant "anti-Israel" for its heinous genocide and crimes against humanity in Gaza and its innocent civilians.

To further straight the twisted fact, it is [not] only the "Colombia University" own eruption to the unbearable tragedy, but all the entire universities of the United States and around the world were erupted in disbelief after Gaza Genocide shocked the conscience of the entire universe.  What about Harvard, Hunter and the rest of all universities in America and abroad?  Should they face the same cancerous criticism and demand their presidents and pro-"Free Palestine" professors to resign, too.  The unmistakable misunderstood message of all protesters everywhere remains a clear indication of condemnation of Israel's unforgivable and unforgettable Genocide committed against Gaza that has nothing to do with their "stereotype" propaganda of their maneuvering tactic and deceptive theory of "antisemitism" distraction to ease the mounted pressure and criticism against Israel and its embarrassed sole ally called "America" that showed and shared from every corner and street around the globe condemning the barbarically horrific Israeli's Genocide.

It is understood that the shifted balance favoring the occupied Palestine cause and legitimate struggle over the cruel occupier Israel in finally wakening up America automatically, has changed the dynamic factor on the ground of not only the public opinion in America, but also strategically extended further to cover and alert the public everywhere around the block and corner of the world.  The massive wave of all divergent background protesters at every corner of America took the perverters of justice by a total surprise, whipping and wiping off the false conception, that the brainwashed American Public stands with Israel no matter what, has proven dead wrong.

In essence, one Palestine's protest started with a few protesters at the Times Square had extended from the 42nd Street to the 38th Street in Manhattan, New York in a matter of an hour, crowded with tens of thousands of the multi-pie and cultural New Yorkers of all religious beliefs with exception to the minority of Moslem among others, included the "Hasidic Jews" whose demanded "free Palestine" from the "Zionist Occupiers" and given a historical compassionate speech in relative.  Are those "Hasidic Jews" should be considered to be also an "antisemitism" or "antizionistism" or actually anti the establishment of the "State of Israel" as openly revealed so.

Whether the Colombia University is singled out to satisfy an infirm animosity against a decent human being, an Egyptian American "woman", and most qualified academic educator to fit the need and burden of the reliable leadership and responsibility toward the success of her university against the odd of haters and antifeminism everywhere despite their hypocrisy of pretending otherwise, does [not] amount to require any cry or call for her resignation to please and appease the sore losers whose longing for revenge, vengeance and retaliation to bury the blemished integrity and image of America before its "spoiled" child "Israel" that directly exposed widely by the unforgiven and unforgettable Gaza tragedy and its atrocious, vicious, and satanic Genocides committed by the strayed Israel and aided by its supporter "America".

Giving the undeniable fact of the magnitude of Gaza tragic disaster and its heinous Genocide, the Congress has failed to honor the "Constitution" of the land, if it is still in operation, to demand the International Criminal Court to intervene and open an immediate exclusive investigation to hold the obviously known monstrous perpetrators of the horrific Gaza Genocide with the assistance of American funds and sophisticated arsenal of weapons to be accountable for their crimes against humanity before the world, instead of calling upon the President of Colombia University to answer their useless and motivated questions about a fabrication of an "antisemitism" when and where they knew or should have known that anti-Israel for its criminal behavior, aggressive aggression and Genocide against innocent Gaza civilians, does [not] and shall [not] be falsely and deceptively interpreted as falsified to "antisemitism" to get the wrongdoers and the perpetrators of the Genocide and crimes against humanity out of the hook.  This is wrong [.]

Unlike other presidents of many universities in America and around the world, who have participated, side-by-side, with their students and professors in protests to denouncing the barbaric Israeli's animalistic Gaza Genocide, there is [no] indication anywhere that the "targeted" Colombia University's President here has participated in any protest whatsoever.  Nor does she publish any article, essay within or out her university to promote violence of any kind against her Jews students at campus.  Henceforth, the Congress overreacted in abusing its privileged supervisory power within its discretion with its unwarranted investigation to intimidate, or rather "bully" this unique and humble educational leadership woman, whom approached her peak intelligent position with merit of highly skill and exceptional knowledge, to appease and please some particular corrupted senators and/or congressmen to replace her with another Jew president to dominate further the educational institutions in New York City, as it is the case in most cities around the country.  All     in their malicious and frivolous effort to silence students and professors of freely speak up and expressing their opinions and beliefs about the heinous crimes and genocides within and around the world, is [not] only unconstitutional, but deemed factually "unamerican" at every aspect in all respects.

The Congress is [not] assembled or set up to "settling accounts" with any person or business to benefit anyone.  This specific institution is established to safeguard the public, guardian the Constitution, legislate laws, assuring and ensuring the protection of the Americans' constitutional rights are remained guaranteed and protected under the Constitution.  Fundamentally, the Constitution mandated and prohibited Congress of making [:]

"[N]o law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances [.]"                   

Here, the Congress went way far and beyond the scope of its "limited" authority mandated by the Constitution to footstep on the most cherish and fundamental right of freedom of speech to question a university president on the estate of mind and heart of her students and professors' free speech, opinion and feeling to be controlled by her or oppressed by the corrupted NYPD's abusive power to bully them regarding the rising of "antisemitism" at campus, which in fact is an "anti-Genocide" and crimes against humanity committed by the "outlaw" colonial occupier "Israel" against the innocent children, elderly men and women in Gaza—Palestine to be buried alive under the rubble from the bombing by American's made airplanes and rockets.  

At this particular crucial and critical juncture, the universities' students whose represent "the new generation" felt the need, necessity and obligatory duty to exercise their guaranteed constitutional right peaceably to assemble, and to petition the corrupted Government for a redress of grievances to forthwith [i]n demand[ing] its strayed Government to cease and desist anymore funding and cutoff all assistance of weaponry machines and technological mechanism to Israel that feeding and fueling its inhumane and war crime Genocide against the civilians in Gaza to maintain the little leftover image of once was the champ of "freedom" and "democracy" that has been shattered, day after day, to eventually vanished and reached its dead end, sooner or later. 

Thanks to the "Congress" impressive and remarkable "Betrayal Act" or "Patriot act", for which Act has given the failure federal agency of the "Federal Bureau of Thugs and Thieves" the unimaginable abuse of power to retaliate against any decent American, member of Congress, even the presidents of the United States, and seize their valued property and papers without any warrant or even probable cause.  Special thanks to the historic "Betrayal Act" that made the impossible possible to put the Constitution and law out of order and out of business for good.  Not to mention the remarkable achievement thereof invented the "Targeted Individuals" and "Kill List" theory implemented and enforced its TORTURE and Assassination Attempts upon most intelligent and gifted victims Americans, who must [not] be proud to be an "American" thereof.  All in their effort to be distracted to keep the federal funding flowing and leave the mass-shooters dancing around with their guns everywhere from the school to the church.

The allegations and occurrences describe the act and conduct taken place of which committed by the feds and complained of, do not make or honor anyone to be proud as an "American" from the president in the White House to the genitor in the sanitation truck.  Although the case has not started yet, a Notice of case reassignment entered "SUA SPONTE’ to the Chief Judge cited, "Judge unassigned is no longer assigned to the case."  Thereby, the Chief Judge who primarily presiding over the case has been removed and the case reassigned.  Henceforth, the feds gangs are determined to "cook the book" to save the leftover from their corrupted skin until proven otherwise.  It is too little, and too late.  See Abulkhair v. Whether the name fits the action of "Targeted Individual" from the TORTURE perspective or fell flat from the confirm evidence proven "Targeted Dick" indeed, the unconstitutional of an unlawful policy and practice remains farce and absurd at best.   Does squandering taxpayers' billions of dollars to surveillance, track, and assassinate the undersigned innocent "Targeted Individual" for his unattainable moral courage and strong language stir Congress' suspicions or shock the conscience of Congress, if not the entire world, to call upon the head of the feds to appear and bring the itemized bill in question to question and determine whether the bill fits the burden in the absence of any fake "probable cause" [,] if it ever existed, remains the Congress unanswered question demanded by the public.  Unfortunately, they willfully transferred America into the home of "coward" by their tactic of spreading their abusive power of frame and fear into and among the society.  They turned America into the worse enemy and serious threat to America itself.   America does [not] need any slogan from anyone, even the Congress to make it "great again."  Just leave it alone out of your "Betrayal Act" and antisemitism Act [,] America will be great [.]

The "brilliant mind" idiots and morons orchestrated and imposed the brutal TORTURE, or rather enhanced interrogation technique upon their own decent innocent citizens outside of any "interrogation" but at home and in public, advancing their sophisticated electronic magnetic TORTURE skills in using "directed energy" weapon system to perform their infirm attacks from disturbing their respiratory symptom, pumping into their genital, rectal to expedite their bladder and blocked it simultaneously to force number (2) "kaka" unexpectedly, swelling their legs and feet, frostbite their feet, poison their food and drink, harass them while they eat or drink in attempt to contaminate or spoil it, humiliate them in public, encourage the public to curse and attack them, thrown bio bugs on them, attacking them with war forbidden chemical and biological weapons, swelling their legs to the size of watermelons, aim the waves of electronic toward their eyes, noses, ears, necks, genitals  and spines, attack their brains,  circulating the wave of radiation around their head and neck to keep dry mouth, attack their teeth and keep their mouths dry, aim microwave weapon at their hearts, utilize sleep deprivation during the night upon them, have stalkers tracking them day and night spreading their substances to attack their muscle and respiratory symptom, have informants tracking them and riding with them in public transportation to perform an electronic Anastasia to pass out during the trip to miss their stops and more importantly to able more implanted microchips into their bodies to control them mentally and physically, direct and instruct informants to snatch their belonging, money and papers in the absence of  probable cause to warrant the search and seizure, to eventually achieve their satanic goal of "slow kill" Hollywood delusional scenario and style to deter the rest of the public from ever speaking up about our fake freedom or delusional democracy that neither exist in the real world as demanded by the "Constitution" that out of operation due to the enforcement of the "Betrayal Act" and brand-new invented code TORTURE section "Kill List" of title "Targeted Individuals" all in effect forthwith, will [not] be able to compete in any compatible warfare [.]

Again, interestingly enough, at the time we concluded this article, the House of Representatives passed the "Antisemitism Awareness Act" to distract Americans and others from the genuine tragedy of Gaza Genocide that united the entire world against America and Israel.  The Congress is not oblivious about the Israeli's premeditated Gaza Genocide's factor and consequence created and emerged thereof in which turned the entire world to hate America for helping Israel.  Would the Congress willing to pass another "Anti-America" bill to remedy the wave of hatred against it everywhere around the world.  Criticizing or condemning Israel's brutal Gaza Genocide shall not and must not be "antisemitism" by any and all definitions in the Arabic, English and Hebrew dictionary.  Otherwise, the undersigned will be the first one to face and come cross the frivolous Act.  Frankly, the Act is designed to restrict "free speech" and "the right to petition the Government" for which both the Constitution warned and prohibited the Congress from straying into their prohibited terrain, as emphasized above in simple words:  "Congress [shall] make [no] law" with respect to this regard.

An antisemitism Act is a deceptive measure stemmed from Congress' obvious failure to draw a decisive distinction to distinguish between anti-Israel, or rather anti-Genocide and antisemitism.  The House passed the Act to deceive itself, not the awaken well inform public in transferring a premeditated horrific Genocide into a non-existing delusional "antisemitism" for which unmerited Act supported our point of view rooted and grounded in this "Misunderstood Message" with merit.  On the other hand, the Congress did [not] get the clear message or otherwise pretend[ing] so for its ego of form[er] "superpower" [.]  The White House got [i]t right [,] which counts in preventing a catastrophe.  Thanks to Taliban whose stripped two (2) former rivals' superpowers from their title for good.  The Congress misunderstood its authority with all technical power it may possess.   Neither buy nor force LOVE for either America or Israel, even upon their own citizens.  Until then, it remains misunderstood message [.]

Standing on the wrong side of the law, justice, genocide is the obvious sign of collapse when and where the undisputable evidence leads only to one right direction.  Turning a blind eye with an intent distraction of deception to serve the other wrong direction constitutes a recipe of an inevitable disaster that capable enough to erode the public confidence and trust in the entire system of governing worldwide. 

With that in mind, the incompetent silent world has indeed failed the innocent Gaza Children miserably to be remembered and blemished forever for it.

The unfairly differentiated victimized Gaza Children deserve every right and dignity to peacefully enjoy their sense of living an innocent childhood without experiencing any violence, not a brutally horrific bloody genocide on this unimaginable scale, as the current one they first eye witness with the firsthand knowledge in order to be equally feeling the civilized security and human happiness in generous life, similarly to every average decent children gathered at every corner around the world.

To this end, they are urgently in need to have those knowledgeable living with an awaken conscience, integrity and dignity to stand up and raise their valuable voices on behalf of those voiceless children to be clearly and loudly heard and echo to powerfully shake the unconscious silent world.  At this crucial juncture, the world miserably failed and let them deeply down.  Their unbearable tragic Genocide and horrific tragedy almost triggered a serious unwanted conflict and clash of civilizations without warning and definitely [NO] winner in the dramatic end.  It will surely leave the world with only a debris over which owls croak.

The infirm notion that obtaining a nuclear weapon can secure safety or shield nation, does not work or help in a hostile world jammed with the most sophisticated technology on the cutting edge.  In simple words, it will be an act of derision, if not ludicrous, to just think of that as realism.  Time has remarkably changed.

Precisely to the heart, when you have intelligence services functioning with a rusted rotten "Stone Age" mentality in performing a childish act and conduct, in addition to bankrupted of valuable ideas, theories, and/or strategies, taken an irresponsible adventure of jumping into a dark war against a powerful academic army or even primitive folk, would be definitely a suicidal attempt risking, not only human lives and economic resources, but definitely the very breathe of existing itself.  Taliban not only answered that perfectly, but actually took advantage of it without firing a single bullet at the one, once so-called, "superpower," [not] anymore [.] Taliban decided this fact with merit [.]

Sometimes digging for gold unrealizing digging for your grave.  Whether Israel's digging in Gaza falls within same philosophy—the history does [not] lie [.] To that effect and extent, remarkably awaken America has miraculously escaped Israel's cunning trap to put her directly on the edge of a nuclear disastrous confrontation with the others nuclear power out there.  Thanks to the unrelenting protesters everywhere, especially, the new smart generation on universities' campus all over the county, despite the unfounded criticism and accusation of "antisemitism", along with the law enforcement's abusive practice and policy using an excessive force in intervening in their exercising of their constitutional first amendment right for free speech and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances by demanding the cutoff of all aid to Israel to cease the tragic Genocide in Gaza.

In light of this sadness chapter in the world history where the Jews victimized by the Nazi German seeking the world sympathy for almost eighty (80) years, the Gaza Genocide undermined their credibility with their friends before their foes.  The true victim of genocide cannot and will not commit another Genocide against others, especially on the horrific magnitude and vicious scale the world has ever seen or witnessed.   Israel has failed miserably in this regard and strayed into prohibited terrain to be further isolated in the world community of civilized nations.  Its genocide war crime in Gaza can be construed anything but civilized.

Israel's misjudgment of its unprecedented heinous and satanic Gaza Atrocity in the whole history of the old and modern Middle East that went way far worse and beyond exceeded in an animalistic brutality and in an inordinate number of victims of more than Thirty Four Thousand (34000) loss of Palestinians lives the bloody one that had been committed by the Crusades nearly Seven Hundred Eighty (780) years ago in Jerusalem (Palestine), almost drag the United States to the unknown darkest departure from the world map with certainty.  The world would [not] only tolerate the painful tragic history of Hiroshima and Nagasaki to be repeated, but certainly has decided that [i]t will never ever happen again [.]  Finally, America fortunately understood this clear mindful message and therefore acted upon wisely.  It has backed off forthwith from supporting Israel's miscalculating adventure against Iran to spare itself and the world from an inevitable disaster that was emerging on the edge of a mess nuclear confrontation with its adversary rivals out there, that would benefit [no] one [,] except ending an arrogant chapter where it may fall [.]

With that in mind, awakened America realized and understood perfectly now, that the world has already decided that the catastrophic tragedy of Hiroshima and Nagasaki has long passed and will never be repeated again in the modern history, with or without its consent [,] unless [i]t otherwise [h]as a desire to depart from the world map forever with[out] regard [.]
