Curse to the very person or people who gave the name “Lost Boys” or “Lost Girls” to the youngsters of South Sudan. What was the motive of calling them Lost Boys or Lost Girls? Was it because they were recruited by the SPLM/A as Child Soldiers of the ‘Red Army? Or was it because they wanted to give them a sarcastic name which can make the American Government sympathetic to resettle them in USA and Canada?
I know that some of these boys and girls were never ‘Lost’ before they were
deceived to dream of America
and try to go there by any rout; the worst of which is the racist Egypt.
They left the South with dignity and pride but they were forced to abandon that
dignity when they realized that the American dream was fake, and even far from
the reach given the situation of servitude they found themselves in. As these
youngsters have been re-shaped from dignity to crimes by the very racist societies
who claim to be ‘Saviours’ of South Sudan, I
do not blame them much for their evil deeds. I blame the racist Egyptians and
Americans who put these youngsters into a shocking situation than what they
were imagining when they left South Sudan.
If Egypt is sincere with its idle talk of helping
Southern Sudan in development projects for the sake of Unity of the Sudan, why is it failing to help Southerners who
are in Egypt
in the first place? If Egyptians are treating Southerners as servants (and even
slaves) in Egypt why do the GoSS’s Leaders entertain them to be in Southern
Sudan and even wasting time with them on fake meetings about development that
will bring environmentally polluting power generators to the Ten States of
Southern Sudan? Why do Southerners compromise with Egyptians when they are
laughing at Southerners and making funs of them in Egypt
even to the extent of shooting them dead when they try to cross to Israel?
Expatriating these Lost Boys and Girls back to Southern Sudan will not be a
solution because they have already been spoiled by the undignified social
situation in Egypt.
Their human dignity is gone and it will not be easy to regain it beck. They are
going to carry on with the same practice even when they are back in South Sudan. The GoSS will not have any option by the end
of the day but to imprison them or eliminate them by torture or death
penalties. Will the South be happy to eliminate its own people? I hate this
trap!!!!!
Of course Egypt
will be happy to see this happening so that they continue to portray
Southerners as wild beasts who know nothing good apart from killing each other.
Curse to Egypt for spoiling
the youngsters of South Sudan
and turning them
into merciless criminals and serial killers Gangs. Egypt have been
known for collaborating and directing the Colonialists to oppress the
Sudanese. They were with the Turkish Colonialists from 1821 and also
with the British Colonialists from 1898. When it comes to issue of
development of Southern Sudan, Egypt is only after the water of the
Nile and the Suds area of Junglei State. Egyptians are never after the
good of the people of Southern Sudan. Those who have lived and passed
through Egypt can attest to Egyptians racism.
