The International Criminal Court

The Office of the Prosecutor

Dear Sir/Madam:

As proudly an Egyptian Pharaoh, author of literature and philosopher, and living in the United States as an American citizen, and citizen of the world, under my principles and values' command, I have the obligatory duty to urge your distinguished court and prosecution to issue an arrest warrant to prosecute the Israeli perpetrators of the Gaza Genocide, along with whoever may aid them from within and outside in committing such a heinous barbaric crime against humanity before attempting and engaging in another one against the innocent people in Rafah.

It is about time to show the entire world how independent the most trusted court in the whole world, especially, the Prosecutor, when and where the entire world is watching and waiting for your reaction to restore the law and order in the world that seemed to be dominated by the outlaw gangs.  To this end, simply, this honorable court cannot turn a blind eye on a crime with an unimaginable magnitude of horrified destruction and unbearable bloodshed of innocent children, elderly men and women as the one committed in Gaza Genocide.  The obvious consequence will be another Genocide against Rafah and other cities on the same genocide scale and brutality.

Our admirable polestar Justice demands and calls this honorable Court to show the world its integrity and justice for the polestar Justice.  For only that, I wrote this article on behalf of the poor, voiceless victimized and slathered Gaza children to awake the conscience of this honorable court before the conscience of the entire decent and compassionate world.  Your court record and history matters.

With that in mind, a warrant of arrest to cease and desist any further Genocide is long overdue.  It should be issued forthwith to honor the polestar Justice, and more importantly to echo the powerful message around the corner of the world to deter any outlaw regime from daring to commit such an inhumane crime against the humanity.

Thanking you for your consideration and service of the world, I remain,

Cordially,

Assem A. Abulkhair

Son of Egypt, Great Pharaohs, and Africa
