Martyrs day is the reflection of the Contribution of our fallen Heroes and Heroines who sacrificed their precious lives to liberate us from serious Arab Marginalisation, Slavery and all limbo of Southern Sudanese people by then in old Sudan.
Dear Fathers and mothers, many of you offered yourselves at difficult time for the sake of this Country for current and next generation to be independent and enjoy all the qualities of being first class citizen in her own Land without discrimination, Bravo Comrades .
We still have many assumptions and bad assumptions concerning our country, many people don't believe we are in the independent Country today called Republic of South Sudan, I need the blood of Martyrs to judge such unpatriotic citizens in our country.
Our Martyrs watering the Tree of Liberty with bloodshed of more than 2.5 to 3 Millions South Sudanese people. Such great contributions can't go in veins or for free but your blood will deal seriously with whoever is doing other dirty business contrary to the reasons of their death dear comrades.
To Conclude, this is the only Country we Belong, let us Compensate our Martyrs for supporting their families and deliver significant services to our Citizens who contributed effectively during the Liberation struggle.
Happy Martyr's day,
Dr. John Garang De Mabior Oyeeeee
