International Workers' Day, also known as Labour Day, is a celebration of labourers and the working classes that is promoted by the international labour movement and occurs every year on May Day.
South Sudan was built by the labours of our heroes past, but today the workers are struggling to survive in an economy that no longer works for them. That is why we can't afford another year of choking economic policies. Its time to have a person that will stand up for the working men and women to build an economy that rewards not just wealth but work, and workers who created them.
We want to encourage all the workers out there going through difficult situations. We know that the country has been going through a tough time now ranging from economic growth to Inflation and various other ills, but in the midst of all these, let us remember to keep hope alive and we hope for a better tomorrow.
# Happy workers day to all our workers out there, Your HARD work and Your DEDICATION have helped to Build the Nation South Sudan.
# To the wonderful men and women who work diligently and with perseverance, pursuing the best end for family, community, country, and the world.
# To every diligent, devoted and hardworking worker whose pivotal labor and contributions to the global economy are often overlooked and highly underrated.
# To all workers working tirelessly around the world, in the most stringent and tasking working conditions.
# To all those who keep their country running, rising above the limiting environment, going beyond the call of duty just to ensure some degree of productivity and functionality.
# To the hardworking men and women who has made the country what it is in the South Sudanese Labour movement to improve their wages, benefits and working conditions.
We want you to know that we will be nowhere as a country without your service! We are who we are because of who you are.
But just know this, your days of toiling without results are over! As you work, you will earn in multiples of your efforts.
