Dear fellow Chollo's,Dr.Emmannuel, David and Oknony,
We the Chollo people,as a whole, must actually stands up in solidarity with our Chollo innocent unarmed civilians . Who are now facing enormous heinous civil rights and human rights abuses in the Chollo-Kingdom.
We the Chollo people, must be able to show and to exposes our sympathies toward the plights of our Chollo- unarmed innocent civilians. That are now facing difficult times, which involves a lot of deaths and atrocities, plus heinous human rights crimes and abuses .
Which is being committed on the innocent unarmed Chollo -Civilians, by the unruly and undisciplined SPLA-Dinka's Soldiers, Pashodo county, now as we speaks. And this is the results of the wrong policy, carried out by the SPLA-disarmament-forces,in the Chollo Kingdom. Which is also couple with SPLA-Dinka's tribal war, against the gallant Chollo- defense forces. Those Chollo, who have taken up arms to defend their Nyikango\'s, ancestral lands, that is being threaten and land -grabbed by Dinka- Padang.
And those Dinka Padang, are actually getting enough political helps, supports and military backing from president Salva Kiirs. Who have always being acting very bias and malicious, toward the Chollo people, and against their Nyikango's lands. Through Salva Kirr, acts of issuing out illegal and unconstitutional presidential decrees.
That had allowed the establishment and subsequent formation of two new Dinka's counties of Pigi, and Akoko, that were encroaching on the Chollo-lands, in the east bank and in around the Canal Mouth in Dolieb Hill area of Adethiango and Weci Pigi Cholko's lands.
This tribalistic president Salva Kiir, had encouraged those Dinka-Padang ,with ill-intention of land expansion and evil illegal encroachment on the Chollo Lands. That are found on eastern banks of the river Nile. And encroachment by so called Dink a Padang,on the other Nyikango's ancestral territories -lands,in the Chollo Kingdom, like the Weci Pigi Chollo-area.That has already been land-grabbed, by those Dinkas of Khoufulus in the Jonglei State.
How ever I strongly agree with the good suggestion that was made by Joseph Oknony, that the Chollo civil society, must go out for peaceful match\'s and procession in Khartoum ,Malakal, and Juba. That is in order to protests the inhuman crimes and heinous atrocities, against the Chollo people. Which is now being committed by Dinkas ,on and against the Chollo-innocent unarmed civilians,in the Chollo-Kingdom.
And such a peaceful procession and matches, that is to be organized by Chollo civil right and plus other protest marches .Which must be peacfully organized as protests procession to be carried out in Khartoum,Juba, and Malakal. Therefore it must be well organized by any existing Chollo civil right association and other pressure groups, like the Pashodo Community Association in Sudan. And then they can coordinate\'s in mobilizing the whole group among the Chollo people.
Sot Chollo people, could be able to come out for protests march\'s and peaceful processions in streets of Khartoum, Malakal and Juba. And In collaboration with some the Chollo Youth organization,e,g, the one that is being lead by Mr.Philip Stephen,in Khartoum.Who came out with press release at a conference in Khartoum, the other day and that was a good example of well organized Chollo Youth ,to stands up in Solidarity, against the plights of the Chollo people in the Pashodo county and other Chollo Kingdom.
Its also worths mentioning that it was the Pachodo Benevolence and Cultural Association,in Khartoum,by than that had organized a relief convoy. Which managed successful to carry relief items and brought alot of other reliefs food items, clothes and medicines, to the needed Chollo-victims, in the twons ,g,g ,Jebel El Neen,Renk,Wad Kona and Kawka,in Sudan. Following the incident of the Jebel Massacre of the Chollo-people, by Sabah Arabs ,in December, 1989.
The Paschodo Association,in Khartoum ,had real helped the Chollo survives ,and victims of the Jabel Neen- Massacre of the internal displaces Chollo-people.By the Arabs Sabah,in December ,1989, at the town of Jebel El Neen,South of Kositi and North of Renk.
So the same style of organization and mobilization could be use and repeat again by any Chollo Civil rights movement,in the Sudan. And that is in order to enable some kind of civil rights groups ,to enable possibility of non political cooperation and organization among civilian organizations,in a non political wat as a prssure groups .
Especially that are found with in the entire Chollo society, so that they could take up the duty of carrying some relief foods items, drinking waters, plastic shelter tents, clothes and medicines,to the needed Chollo people.
Who are now the victims ,of the on going SPLA-war,in their Chollo Kingdom. Therefore this is the right time for those Chollo civil society and NGOs,in the Sudan. To be able to organized and mobilized themselve inorder to comes in a protestions march\'s and procession in streets of Khartoum,Juba, and Malakal .
And thanks,
Peter Karlo
