Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM)
• Provision of site management services including site/area level coordination, service monitoring, community engagement.
• Implement CCCM referral mechanisms per site/area with links to existing services.
• Establish Complaints and Feedback Mechanisms at site level.
• IDP site-level data collection - sites verification, comprehensive site profiling tool.
• Establish and support representative and inclusive community selfgovernance structures.
• Joint safety audits at site level.
• Capacity building to community committee members, site leadership and relevant authorities, to enable their participation in, and eventual take-over of the management of the site.
• Care and maintenance of the site infrastructure while preventing or mitigating the impact of environmental degradation (including through community-led projects and CfW).
• Development of joint phaseout/transition strategies.
• Data collection on intentions of IDPs
• Awareness-raising activities in collaboration with the site community.
• Mobilization and participation of IDP site population, including through CfW and Community-led QIPs – to address immediate needs of both host and IDP communities, that are identified by the communities themselves.
• Developing site level multisectoral DRR informed contingency plans, site infrastructure care and maintenance.
• Coordinate the solutions for the IDPs in sites – this may include return, safe and dignified camp exit, go and see visits, community engagement and consultations, identification and implementation of self-reliance activities in IDP sites, etc.
• Support peaceful coexistence and durable solutions community-led projects, to promote meaningful participation of local and national organizations, civil society, women-led and IDP/returnee-led organizations in decision-making processes.
• Development of joint communitybased environmental management plans
