Sudan's Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ireland, Abdullahi Alazreg says neighbouring South Sudan's leaders are not behaving responsibly and the new country which seceded from Sudan last July is not a real state.
Border clashes and rows about oil wealth have clouded relations between the two countries which are locked in disagreement despite the efforts of the former South African President Thabo Mbeki to mediate.
