Doha: Minister of Communications and Information Technology H E Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai met yesterday with Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Postal Services of South Sudan H E Michael Makuei Lueth, who is visiting the country leading a high-level official delegation, consisting of several officials and experts in the fields of communications and postal services.
The visit of the high-level delegation from South Sudan aims to explore areas of cooperation and strengthen relations between the two countries, as well as discuss the possibility of exchanging experiences in a way that benefits both sides and contributes to achieving cooperation between the two countries.
The South Sudanese delegation praised the advanced technological infrastructure of Qatar and its role as a regional entre for communications and digital services. The delegation also expressed its keenness to benefit from Qatari experiences and expertise in the communications and IT sector.
