Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - The South Sudan Presidential Envoy to Khartoum, Tut Galwak, has ended a 3-day visit to Khartoum where he explained to Sudanese senior Transitional Military Council a mediation initiative by his boss, President Salva Kiir, for bringing back the Military Council and the opposition Forces for Freedom and Democracy, to the negotiating table
