Sudanese Minister of Trade, Hatim Al-Sir alongside his South Sudanese counterpart are expected to visit the main routes linking Sudan with South Sudan in the coming days in an effort to strengthen bilateral trade links.
Minister Al-Sir told the Sudanese Media Centre (SMC) that Sudan has received a list of 54 goods that the South Sudanese government has approved for transportation without any conditions.
He explained that Sudan is now just waiting for a confirmation to start transporting these goods to South Sudan legally.
Minister Al-Sir also revealed that their visit to the border routes is also to resolve issues that hinder smooth trade with South Sudan.
