Clashes between South Sudan's army and rebels left at least 80 people dead over the past week, as civil war rages for a fourth year.
Southern Africa editor of the Africa Report, Crystal Orderson, says no one is trying to get government and anti-government parties to talk.
United Nations and United States is calling for another round of peace talks.
