Thank you brothers Francise Chan and Jwothab Othow for your sincere encouragments.

May blessings of our Lord Jesus Christ be with Collo community.

We are all one family members and therefore, no one will escape the reality of talking and discussion and criticism.
When we dispute on opinon and with misunderstand matter in debate, it doesn't means we have to abandon ourselves. No, instead, we have to find very rapidly the source of dispute and get rid of it to allow us as one family memebers to continue dealing with their family business.
When we manage to overcome dispute, here is where we proof ourselves as people because if conflict solution here involved. I know as a;; of you do that conflict among people in friction occur as result of missunderstanding.
But when we fail to overcome mere dispute even complex one, then here is confession to our weakness.
Believe me, our contributions here are for better management of our Collo affairs.
Grace and peace of Lord be with you.

    Dear brother Emmanuel Moses Aban,
I'm so happy with your explanation. But, please let me quote some words from martyr Malcom X who fought for black Americans and here I do not mean Dr. Lam Akol or anyone, but I mean here anyone who intend to lead or rule.

Mr. X said, "being a biological father doesn't mean you are a father. Any man can go into street and meet with any woman and bring a child. Father only means caring of child and wife, so that child and woman will be proud by saying, that this is my father and this my husband. Here, if father and husband fail to care for wife and child, title " fathe" doesn't qualify a man to be call father or husband".

My brother Emmanuel, we should know the meaning of friction with public. In term of friction between governed people and their rulers, friction means serving supplying public with their daily needs and listening to their complains and find answer to those complains. If that is public friction you mean, then, I give you credit from my heart.

Yes, many will hold me wrong in referring unsuitable words to our leaders.
But, remember, Lord Jesus had humbled himself because He wants to redeem the people. So redeeming people who do not known your infinitive power urge you to humble yourself for them to understand you and therefore, our leaders need to humble themselves.

Moreover, Jesus said, the greater among you is slave. We know the circumstance of slave who faces many sufferings and humilations before his/her master. So as leader, you are employee and people are your employer.
Here, are we to listen to leader or leaders to listen to us. Yes, Collo king or chief doesn't speak first, but subjects do and after observing their speeches, he/she counlcude according to what people want.

Yes, every visitation has its unique circumstance I absolutely ageed with you.
But please I would like to remind you of two things.
First, I and Akim have misunderstood each other and finally there was apology. Thus, there shouldn't be a need of continuity on the same topic.
But still naturally that it is better for someone who has something in his/her heart to express it out than keeping it.
Secondly, I have gave the case of Lebanon as example rather than complain. A professors use examples to proof certain topics which Dr. Lam knows very well.

I cordially ask you please to re-read my commend and find out that I have used Lebanon as an example and also read what brother Francise Chan mentioned that,

"At the end of the meeting we coulden't see him again and for your infromation the rest of delegates members went and met thier poeple".

Does that mean an other example?
Again, again and again, Lebanon case was not used as complain, but as an example other cases which are not only from Dr., but from our entire leaders.
Let me ask each one of you.
How man among you have Dr. Lam. Dr. Adowk, Mr. Pagan telephone numbers? If you have, do you sometime get answer when you?
I thank you for saying that, Dr. Lam Akol is one of leaders who never disassociate himself from public friction.
That is okay if it happen and I sincerely support that which I have mentioned above. I urge you again to read my commend which mean I seriously need this good man to have our unconditional support if some change are meet.

    1. We thank Lam Arop who freely accepted to post the news article written by brother Okuc Ajak so that Collo and all those who are interested in browsing Pachodo.org could get informed of what has happened in Cairo when Dr. Lam went there for a private visit.

    2. However, as it was put correctly by brother Akim that the information media is about the sender and the receiver activated by reaction between them, something went sour between the reaction of some receivers and the sender. The person might have said it in good faith but it turned unfortunate for him to have said it because this spoiled the good congratulatory messages send to Collo Community in Egypt and to Dr. Lam for meeting them and assisting them to afford renting an office for half a year.

    3. What happened in Cairo was very good and we encourage any Collo politician or a businessman who will visit Egypt next time to do the same thing and assist Collo Community there to continue renting that office for more months when the six months is expired. Though we want Collo to return home from Egypt because of some troubles (like imprisonment) and bad working conditions over there, this should be done on voluntary basis and so it is good to help those who still want to live in Egypt. It is the right of every person to live any where as long as he or she is happy there.

    4. The past case of Collo community in Lebanon that brother Willian Okuch Dak brought in has negative message as well as positive one; it depends on who interprets this. If it is public linen washing about Dr. Lam, then it is negative and there is no need for this at the moment when collo are trying to build the broken bridges between some of their members due to dirty politics as Dr. explained it well to our people in Egypt. But if the Lebanon case is meant to send an encouraging message that it is very important for any Collo politician and public figure to meet with the Collo Community when they travel abroad even when their time is very tight, then this is very positive for Collo unity and solidarity all over the world.

    5. I know Dr. Lam and the way he organizes his time and so I suspect something might have gone wrong with the Collo Organizers of Lebanon's failed reception and meeting of Collo Community with him. As Sudan Foreign minister send for an official mission, Dr. Lam time might have not been enough to do something private or the Lebanon organizers might have not timed him well, forgetting that theirs was just a sideline activity which was not obligatory if other pressing official issues very tight on him. This might have been different if he went there on a relaxed private visit as the current case of Cairo.

    6. What I am sure of is that Dr. Lam does not hesitate to meet anybody or group as long as the timing is ok. He has been the most active Collo public figure in many happy and sad occasions, not only for Collo but also for others.

Thank you all for our discussions on communicative harmony between our politicians and Collo people.

Previously, I wrote an article "Collo king is more connected to his subjects than Collo politicians"
    posted on this honorable website.
Then, I'm not challenging individual politician, but all Collo politicians.
Mentioning Dr. Lam in this discussion happened becuase he did made one of the healing processes.

"Any house that divide itself, brings rein to itself", said the Lord.

To me, unity must be first for Collo people to face their daily challenges and this could only be done through communicative harmony and this is my personal belief. That why I seriously have taken this matter into sincere consideration.

This time of Dr. Lam family visit is use in discussion to encourage Lam and others to do more. Ordinarily encouragement happen by speaking out loudly and that what we are doing here. We use differnt examples and differnt languages proof that thing occur sometime ago and to ask for more change.

let us search and find the sources of our weakness and avoid following that way.
To do it, let us bring them into public. Let us ciriticize ourselves and accept change. Let us speak up loudly against silence.
Thank you Dr. Olaw for giving us some positive evidences you observe from our dear leader Dr. Lam Akol. He deserve support and support could be in different ways such could be challenging him.
Thank you brother James Okuk for understanding me. Yes, that is true, Lebanon case I use is for encourgament and that is all. We use past cases to help use to manage the future.

Please do not dictate, let everybody speak out his mind and say what he/she want to say as long as it is not an insult or humiliation. Let's be open-minded and fair.
