Oh well! President Kiir installed as one of luo elders. We may be sure he is about to retired, but if he is retired/left the presidency seat, who is going to be the next president of Southern Sudan? This may be the clue of our president Kiir's omen of getting older. We think he may be ready to say yes to a next president if assigned to our people of Southern Sudan!
