Even though it was imminent, and I new it was going to happen soon or later. Yet I am very saddened by this selfish, childish, and foolish decision of the SPLM Political Bureau. I really didn't want it to come down to this at this difficult time. But one has to always keep reminding himself constantly that we are dealing here with unpredictable savage beasts of the jungle.
They have been longing for this for the longest time I can remember. Now that they achieved their goal; I wonder what their next stun would be!!! Perhaps another assassination attempt or something!!! First of all let's see if these barbarous will be able to stand tall on their own without the help of Dr. Lam holding their hands through these difficult times, and rise to the challenge to face the NCP head on with its long list of ICC crisis, and full implementation of CPA ... Just try to picture what happened in the last SPLM convention (if you were following it closely).
I am very sure this SPLM BS will not mean anything to Dr. Lam. First of all he is a worldwide well known academic with a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of London, and now a writer as well among other things; who doesn't really need this SPLM recognition crap. I know he was only there to help out his retarded, illiterate country men and women to take their first political baby steps. But if they think they can walk on their own now; then they might as well go to hell with this bloody CPA.
All what Dr. Lam said in that "Sons of South Sudan" support rally for president al-Bashir in Khartoum the other day; was a simple warning to those southerners who go out at night (like bats who only come out at night) towhisper to their friends that al-Bashir has to go. That they shouldn't get so excited about the ICC decision, without considering the fact that it was the very same al-Bashir who worked hard with the SPLM to bring about the CPA the GoSS is enjoying today. And this so-called CPA is anchored to the NCP, which is our only partner in the GoNU ... Now what is wrong with that?
When the first vice president and the president of southern Sudan Mr. Mayardit already stated in an interview published on allAfrica.com that: "As we await the ICC announcement tomorrow, I trust that brother Bashir will rise up to the challenge and react with statesmanship. I appeal to the rank and file of NCP and Sudanese of all walks of like to give him the necessary support during this difficult time".
