Mr. President here is the best advice for you as a president. A president must see alone and know alone, it means that you must see what others do not see, and know what others do not know. Mr. President the way to use weapons is to carry out operations only after having first determined your strategy.

Carefully examine the patterns of the climate and terrain, and look into hearts of people. Train in the use of military equipments, make patterns of rewards and punishments clear, observe the strategy of the opponents, watch out for the dangerous passes reroute, distinguish places of safety and danger, find out the conditions of both sides, be aware of when to advance, and when to withdraw, adapt to the timing of circumstances set up defensive measures while strengthen your attack force, promote your solders for their ability, draw up plans for success, consider the matter of life and death. Only after you have done all this you can sent your forces to attack the enemy for sure you will capture the opponent.

Therefore, Mr. President you are our commander in-shift, you are useful tool for this nation. First determine the strategy then carry it out.

Mr. President our country is exhausted now when you have to buy supplies at the highest price, and is impoverished when it ships supplies from long distances. Attacks should not be repeated, battles should not be multiplied. Use strength according to our capacity; be aware that it will be spent with excessive use. Get rid of the worthless, and the country can be peaceful; get rid of the incompetents; and the country can be profited.

As the ALI BABA NEWS PAPER is continuing to keep eye and be concerned and fully engage to fallow up and work for the welfare of south Sudan and to bring attention to the people of South Sudan and make sure that Mr. President is well advised to take the right approach and right decisions for this wonderful country. (1) Mr. President the primary Responsibilities of the national government are as follows:

(a) The government should maintain the peace and security. The question is Do we have the security? Are our citizens secured?

(b) The national government should do Reconstructions and development. Do we have development?

(c) The national government should be in Promotion of good governance and welfare of the people.

(d) The exercising authority should respect the South Sudanese people, and the states and not to violate their rights.

(e) Mr. President the government to ensure the protections of the rights and interest of the people. Mr. President keeps the people who can do the job with honesty and get rid of those who are hungry for power.

(2) Mr. President the survival or destructions’ of the country and the life or death of its people may depend on the government action, so it is necessary to examine it carefully.

(3) Mr. President if the people are treated with dignity, benevolence, faithfulness, and justice, then they will be of one mind, and they will be glad to serve their master, otherwise they will rebel against him.

(4) Mr. President it is better to take the high road rather than to take the lower road. That means you need to look up for your country and the nation and that will be for your longer legacy.

(5) Mr. President if the leaders can be humane and just, sharing both the gains and troubles of the people, then the nations will be loyal to them, and naturally identify with the interests of the leadership.
