A story about destiny being about choice not chance
The Japanese General Nabunaga decided to attack even though he had only one soldier to the enemy. He was sure he would win, but his soldiers were full of fear. On the way to battle they stopped at a Shinto shrine. After praying in the shrine Nabunaga came out and said, I shall now toss a coin. If it is heads, we shall win. If tails, we shall lose. Destiny will now reveal herself. He tossed the coin. It was heads. The soldiers were so keyed up for the fight that they wiped out the enemy. Next day an aide said to Nabunaga, No one can change destiny. Right, said Nabunaga showing him a doubled coin that was heads on both sides. Who makes Destiny?

The governing of the Fashado Royal Palace by Shulluk king is resembling the sacred system of papal office of Vantican rule by pontiff head.
We all know that Fashodo Royal Palace embrace uncorupt king with clean records of personality to be enthroned as Shulluk king. If upcoming king is found corrupt in any areas of good values, decency and dignity, smoke will not come up and that is what Shulluk called as Nykhang has acccepted the new king. Therefore, crownation will take place for new king as suitable leader of nation. But if Nykhang has rejected a new expecting king as spoiled and corrupt king unsuitable for the leadership, then crownation with not take place.
In the same way, Vantican Papal nomination can not take place if cardinal council did not agreed upon nomination and that is what is called 'WHITE AND BLACK SMOKES'. In case nominee is unsuitable for governing of Rome Pontiff office, WHITE SMOKE will not show up.

For decades, Collo people have been rule by unsuitable, corrupt and incompetent imported leaders from inferior community to destroy our decent, civilized and capable community step by step.
By the truth and reality have overcome wrong and immoral practice of leadership by giving Collo community a chance to administer their own affairs rather than importing corrupt and unsuitable leaders over them.

This is a new era and Malakal will thus be a clean town administer to serve, protect, defend and respect the subjects. It will therefore be a torch for other outhern provinces to see the true direction and a course for real menaing of leadership.
Million congratulations to Mr. William Othown for governorship which emerge through white smoke. We together have a joinly huge responsibility to clean our town from pollutions and dirts from wrong former leadership. I would like to remind ourselves how Simon Kiir Adeing, the former chair of Malakal coordination in Kosti in 1992. It was said that, "Malakal coordination with built by Collo, destroyed by corrupt administrators from other group and again brought to rebirth again by Collo under Simon Kiir administration".
Our duty in Malakal from the day one of William Othown in governorship office is going to be a era of responsibility and a time of restoration of human peace, prosperity and stability.
Yes, time for wrong policy of putting leaders in right pace and killing or imprisoning right leaders is over.It is a time we all know.
Jesus Christ was a good man and God. He opened eyes of blinds, He made cripple to walk and rised deads from death. All these jobs were performed by Him and no one on this earth did the same.
Nelson Mandala was imprisoned for 27 years not because he was a bad person, but because he possesses a torch for South African people to see. But a time to speak the truth has came and Nelson Mandela was freed and become president of people who mistreated him and his country. More than that, his STATUS STOOD facing commonhouse of British where orders were carried out against his people. Now the same status build for Queen who leveled Mandela as terrorist.
Like Collo people who have same torch for Southerners and all Sudanese people to see. It is a time for Northerners now to abandon their wrong policy by dealing with right people.

Congratulations to Dr. William Othwon for his appointment as the governor of Upper Nile State. The challenges ahead are greater for him but with good consul and cooperation with the right-minded people he might do well. The state is a hot spot at the moment but with courage and wisdom to face the the chahllenege things can move on well.

This time parties’ affiliations should not hold us apart from addressing the needs that concern our community most let's put a side parties' conceptions because the ideologies that attracted people to express their interests in certain party are invented by politicians whose interest top the top layer of that party ideology. So in this case our community interest should be above our personal interests if we mean all to be well with our community, no one gains fair game if not supported by strong team.
