Governor & Deputy Governor of WES Under Constitutional Violation (Article 29 (1-2)

The Yambio illegal arrest of more than 27 SPLM-DC under the direct order of WES Governor H.E. Nunu Kumba and the Deputy Governor of WES H. E. Col Joseph Ngere is a violation of article 29 (1-2) of the interim constitution that grand the right of every Sudanese citizens to associate and to form their own party of their choice.
Why on earth Nunu and Ngere do not understand this?
Which parts of the constitution are NOT clear to the authority in the WES so that we can explain to them?
With this alarming news from the WES the SPLM-DC leadership in Khartoum has met and is working round the clock to see immediate release and prevent such act of an lawful arrest and intimidation and illegal detention of our citizens throughout Sudan.
SPLM-DC leadership has also met with the GoSS vice President Dr. Riak Machar who is currently in Khartoum. We are launching campaigning for large scale mass media including peaceful demonstration within Khartoum here with letters to the international communities and the embassies for the Bushmen, and ignorant GoSS leadership act against free citizens of WES.
The SPLM authorities and their security organ continue to demonstrate their administrative, political and security-wise failures in WES. It is alarming to notify our audience that more arrests have happened and the number of the SPLM-DC members as reported today tolls to twenty eight (28).
As stated in yesterday's release the 18 SPLM-DC members who were arrested and detained in a hideous point in Yambio outskirt have, as suspected, undergone a very cruel, uncivilized, barbaric and difficult mode of check that could be perpetrated only by the enemies of freedom, democracy, justice and equality.
The WES Governor and her Deputy will be hold responsible for the physiological damage inflicted into the lives of these innocent Sudanese citizens.
We repeat and here by sending STRONG warning that Time of Ignorant and lawlessness of a jungle laws by the GoSS tribal militia in the form of our gallant SPLA soldier is no longer holding water to entertain.
These SPLM-DC members, as was reported, were stripped out of their outfits including their inner wears. The intend was to steal every money they could find in these SPLM-DC members' possession. It is sad to state that of these free innocent citizens who had made their will to join SPLM-DC party some were stripped before the eyes of their intimate fathers, daughters, sons and brothers.
Stripping innocent citizens before the eyes of their relatives is a gross misconduct as far as any government is concerned. Individual privacy and dignity of a citizen is a priority in any good concerned government. The SPLM-GOSS has lost all repetition and meaning of being the peoples' government as far as every logic can tell.
Loss of Lives and Properties have been the everyday talk in WES and sadly enough none has ever heard of the crack down on culprits and gangsters like the LRA or military uniformed criminals who loiter within Yambio every evening and inflict unforgettable wounds and pains in the lives of the innocent citizens of WES by the SPLM authorities who now forcefully impose themselves as governing body to the people of South Sudan.
The SPLM-DC leadership once more condemns the act and asks for the immediate release of its members. It is illogical too to learn that the SPLM authorities in WES have resorted to the weak acts of threatening SPLM-DC members who are serving as government employees and subjecting ex-soldiers to forcefully follow them blindly and not to join any political party apart from SPLM. This is a very sad part we have never heard in any part of political development anywhere in the world.
Ex-soldiers are no longer under the SPLM charge and are not paid by SPLM,how could the SPLM security organ obstruct these group from joining political parties of and from their own free wills? SPLM party, which is currently governing the South Sudan, has become a champion of bad record in the Sudan or South Sudan government history.

Look at the shallowness of these group of women or men who said they operate under the name Lal. They think Dr. Lam is the only Southerner who live in Khartoum. Where are the big Amarat where Salva Kiir, Pagan Amum, Deng Alor and others live now? Are they not in Khartoum? Where is the big Amara of the HQs of SPLM? Is it not in Khartoum rather than Juba?
Is it not in the South that an assaination attempt was made on Dr. Lam's life last year where he lost his driver and bodyguards? May their souls rest in peace and may God punish those who killed them since the SPLM government refused to punish them. Where is the safety in the South you are talking about? Do you know that every tribe in the South is trying to get guns to protect itself now because there no government protection except bullying at gun point from some undiscipline SPLA?

Dyer and pyet have never walk in the same road and they have never ridden in the same car, and neither will they sleep in one room! You know you are lying and we don't care who live in Khartoum. You have already heard the message. therefore, yours is to get the hell out of that place! Can't you? We know Salva, Pagan, Riak, or other Southern leaders don't always reside in Khartoum! They know what is wrong with Khartoum's government! Beside, the Headquartor of SPLM is not in Khartoum! Where do you think the Government of Southern Sudan is? South or North? Don't tell us that you got nothing to say. Though you have something to say, that does not mean we are going to change our mind! What is said is said and it shall be done! The whole world's policies about Southern Sudan on behave of their education is hidden and everybody will tell you that there are more than 5 millions Southern Sudaneses who went to Europe, America, Canada, Australia, Norway, Isreal, Northern America etc and have become engineers, scientists, leaders and more! History is dated back during the time of slavery and the world knows them historically but they did not want to let Sudaneses know about these because those folks could get killed by those who hate them either through contamination or other techniques of killing! So be be wise! Those folks are about to be released to help the people of Southern Sudan! Pay attention and when you hear that The news has been aired that Southern Sudan is the independent Country, you will never ever hear anything call cancellation or backoff or no southern sudan or it could be air some where around the world today or tomorrow, next week or next month. Just keep the radio close by your side or get close to TV every time you come back from work or school! Only the government of Southern Sudan responsible! Know your government! Period

To what is so called Lal:
Lal, you said that the Southern Sudan's laws are well designed bcause they are from good collections of every best colleges and universities around the world. I give you credit for such sincere confession to the alien laws. This is 'PLAGIARISM' and that why collectors of foriegn laws such as Dr. John Garang and his aides Salva Kiir and Pagan Amum and tohers are unable to interpretate the meaning of those imported laws.
That was the different between Dr. Akol and Dr. John Garng because Lam conceptualizes, brainstorms and takes other people's opinions and and legislates. That is what we called legislation of law according to people need. Imported laws do not respond to people needs and can not be comprehend by acting official. Enjoy your incorporated law.You said negotiation time is over since the death of Dr. John Garang and separation is the only solution to the everlasting peace in Sudan! But Dr. Akol is the mastermind of self-determination for which he defected in 1991. Now after killing more than two millions southerners, you turned to embrace separartion just because your group are enjoying life in Juba. Then what about millions killed by Garang for Sudan unity? What is a rewards for Nubians, Funjs and Darfurians Garang had used against separartists?
LAL, Salva Kiir and Dr. John Garang had committed crime for killing millions of people for unity. Now you should not told Dr. Akol to leave Khartoum to Juba. But you must order Salva Kiir and widow of Garng to leave Juba to separatists and come to Khartoum to implement their call for new sudan.
Again, Dr. Lam and many other southerners are forced out from south by dictators of SPLM.
There is posted article of yesterday at Gurtong.com about maltreament of our doctors for their legal strike. Southern Doctors for last months have severally asked the SPLM/GOSS for the followings.
Payment of their unpaid eight month salaries.
Continuous supply of drugs and provision of security to protect hospital staff and patients. GOSS and SPLM neglected their demands and that urged them to strike.
GOSS/SPLM negative reaction: Undersecrretary Dr. Majok Yak Majok said all doctors who took in strike must be dismissed for illegal strike. Such neglection and intimidation will urge doctors to seek refugee and employement from neighboring states. Meanwhile, you are telling Dr. Lam to go to Juba. You still live with illusionary period.

Lal, I urged you to tell Salva Kiir to leave Juba for separatists and come to implement the vision of New Sudan. But we all know that Kiir and his group will not concede from bloody power they possess. However, questions about who is going to contest Basheir and who is going to run the south are in debate now. Will Dr. Riek this time accept Kiir refusing to contest for Sudan presidency to keep sitting over Dr. Riek and other capable southern who have right to run the south?
April is not far to see the political equation in South and among the SPLM comrades.

Why is Dr. Lam Akol still afraid of Omer el Bashir. Omer is already broken in pieces. Dr. Lam Akol! Please emerge your leadership to that of your brotherihood as soon as possible! Leave Khartoum and come to Juba and build your tower their - where your brothers and sister will keep their eyes on you so that your leadership (SPLM-DC's) will never be hurt by any stranger! Khartoum is in an oceens of debts and troubles, crimes and countless crimes against global citizens! Please Dr. Lam Akol we are begging you to leave Khartoum and come to Southern Sudan. Juba or other part of Southern Sudan is your home!
