And any political party and a leader who is supported by strong and intelligent youth is on its way to victory. See how President Obama succeeded in USA by great support of the youth. The same is happeneing today in the Sudan, especially Southern Sudan with Dr. Lam and his serious team of the SPLM-DC.
Whoever is traumatized by the emergence of the SPLM-DC should learn to respect the determination of this genuine new political party with its entire leadership.
Those who have been ensalved by the past of Dr. Lam should learn to liberate themselves from their bad indoctrination about this savvy politician who does not joke around when things are moving on bad direction.
There is no way to accept backwardness. Genuine change must come through SPLM-DC whether in the presence or absence of Dr. Lam. If you are anti-change, the change will change you because the people have accepted the genuine change wholeheartedly. SPLM-DC vision and programme have totally appealed to the masses of people who are ready and willing for change of the current bad situation.
So please stop looking at the SPLM-DC as a personality cult of Dr. Lam; look at it as a well organized political institution of the people regardless of personalities.
Come and join the SPLM-DC if you are for genuine change. Remain in the SPLM or other collapsing political parties if you are for bad status quo, especially tribalism and corruption. It is your choice between change or no-change.
Long Live SPLM-DC and Long Live its Cadres and Leaders with their unwavering determination for genuine change!!!
Dr. James Okuk

"Geniune Change and Democratic means?" Yes, but who is actually is behind the this change? Whose idea is it? Was it really Dr. Lam Akol's or Somebody else who has given him the right to lead th party with other person his goals! My dear friend let's not be blind. Believe us; if Dr. Lam will not stand together with the people of Southern Sudan, SPLM-DC is ceasing and we have enough power say that SPLM-DC Must not operate in Southern Sudan if his idealogies still link with Omar el Bashir's or any of Khartoum's governing bodies. Lam Akol must come closest to the aid of the people of Southern Sudan; else, his party and idea are going to be considered as blackmails! Please tell us. Whose idea is Dr. lam Akol working with or following? Is Dr. Lam Akol really following other person's mind or his own mind? Lets' be mindful this time. Something created for the Northern sector, and led by Dr. lam Akol must not be held with two hand. Change? no! Genuine Democratic change? Yes! Otherwise, SPLM-DC must not operate in Southern Sudan if it is following the policies of Khartoum! Let's warn you folks: If Dr. Lam Akol and his supporters try to stand in the way of the independent of Southern Sudan, the whole Sudan will never see anything call peace! Forget about Salva Kiir or Riak Machar and others because you don't know the real strong roots of the government of Southern Sudan. Know your government! Period!

It will be better to know the full name of this so-called Lal so that his/her questions can be answered. If he/she is not a coward, he or she should come up with his/her real name so that it could be known who we are dealing with. Please Lal tell us your real name and we are ready to debate with you on our politics and desire for democratic change. Are you a man or a woman? Otherwise it will be a waste of time to debate with a ghost.

Dr.Okuk I don't think he/she (Lal) will tell his/her full name. the one who trusts his/her opinion and respect it could not hide his/her name because he/she is telling the truth.

Don't Panic Brother Okuk! We all know that Dr. Lam Akol is a good man in heart and we do know that he will not betray the people of Southern Sudan. We don't really know why people do panic when words or expressions are being released into the net. The leaders whose name we have mentioned above are our heroes including Dr. Lam Akol! Who would say no to the independent of Southern Sudan. We don't think Lam Akol may say no to the interests of the people of Southern Sudan. Lam just need to be focus and make a real democratic change but he must not work with Omar el Bashir or any of the Khartoum or Sudan Army force's minds or idealogies. Our message to the people of Southern Sudan including Blue Nile, Abyei and Nuba Mts. is you need to welcome Dr. Lam Akol to be a real and true hero of the people of Southern Sudan. ... And don't even worry about El hassien, Omar's leadership because it is weakened already! Khartoum has nothing to depeat Lam Akol. if they did so in the mean of forces, they will as well face the SPLA (Southern Sudan Army forces) Lam Akol is aborn of Southern Sudan and most of his interest are in Southern Sudan, but our words in the comment above has nothing to harm him or his leadership! Dr. Okuk! Take it easy Brother and Mr. Joseph Okony! You need to learn how to read between lines my brother. We are awared, but that won't make any great damage to any society of the people of Southern Sudan worldwide! The most important thing that we all need to do is to work together with SPLM, and other political parties of Southern Sudan. Together as one voice of Southern Sudaneses, we can make triple force that can be even more distructive (politically, economically, and militarily) to any of extremists in Khartoum and its allies. Worry not about our words above in the previous comment, but do worry about how fast do the people of Southern Sudan need that independent and genuine democratic change to take it valuable and good spot in the heart of Southern Sudaneses (as well as Blue Nile, Abyei, and Nuba Mts.; they are all Southern Sudan in all means) so that they will fully accept SPLM-DC as genuine political party that is really working for the people and not for leaders only. We always tell you that Lal is not only one wo/man's one name. we are more than one person. We do use same email account and same username to post comments or news related issues. We are partially SPLM, SPLM-DC, and most of Southern Sudan's political parties. So don't worry; we are all going to survive this politic opinions together as a young and one nation, Southern Sudan. please do recognized Riak Machar, Salva Kiir, Lam Akol, and the rest as leaders and heroes of Southern Sudan. Leave what you think is wrong on this website and take home with you what can benefit you, and your friends, family and siblings. We are no threat to anyone in any case and we have no aim to harm anyone if they are acting rightfully without following other corrupted leaders' footsteps. Thank you and God bless!

Still, I am interested to know the group that makes up the name Lal so that I am sure that I am not debating with ghosts. Let Lal answer why do SPLM leaders live and eat with Omer Al Bashir in Khartoum? Why do they get the money from Khartoum with Al Bashir signature? Why is the HQs of SPLM situated in Khartoum instead of Juba? Why is the big House of SPLM SG in Khartoum instead of Juba? Why did Salva Kiir and Ministers of Government Unity from SPLM party take oath of office under President Al Bashir? Why is it seen right for the SPLM leaders to live and have offices in Khartoum and even get money from Khartoum while it is seen wrong for Dr. Lam to do so? Why double standard for God's sake!!!!!

Sorry folks! We think we are off the hook! SPLM - DC is now becoming the nightmare for us and our Southern Sudanese brothers and sisters in Southern part of Sudan and around the world! Think twice people and tell us really what you are hidding and what wrong things you have done and what you have denial and the benefits which you have blocked from being delivered to Southern Sudan who are suffering: suffering days and nights, dying of both deseases and hunger, lack of schooling and security, and more! We would rather stick with SPLM because it is worth and they know how to fight for the seek of Southern Sudaneses and others through politic and others! We don't think we would live with peace while you are hurting the small ones among you! Tell us what you are hidding first than we would be able to let you know our IDs. You and your SPLM-DC are are hidding something and your know it is not belong to you or NCP!

Yes change is coming whether they like it or not, because now people are aware and could not be deceived any more. Using the force against the memebers of SPLM-DC will not stop the inflow of youth to the SPLM-DC. the chaos of Al Nilain University is a good example whereby many students of SPLM decided to join SPLM-DC
